Verfahren zur Herstellung von .Abziehbildern. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Abziehbildern, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man wenig stens auf einer Seite des abziehbaren Bildes eine Schicht eines lufttrocknenden Kunst harzlackes anbringt.
Der Kunstharzlack kann zum Beispiel auf Abziehbilderpapier, d. i. Papier, welches mit einem wasserlöslichen, das nachträgliche Ablösen der Druckschicht ermöglichenden Aufstrich versehen ist, in beliebiger Stärke aufgetragen werden und bildet auf diesem Papier, zunächst in Verbindung mit ihm, einen entsprechend starken Lackfilm, der auf bekannte Weise bedruckt werden kann und insbesondere eine sehr günstige Druck unterlage für Ölfarben bietet. Beim Gebrauch des so behandelten Abziehbilderpapieres kann der Lackauftrag zusammen mit der Druck schicht von dem Papier abgelöst werden, um auf eine andere Unterlage übertragen oder als selbständiges Erzeugnis benutzt zu werden.
s bestehen zuxn Beispiel folgende 1VIög- licbkeiten, den gunstharzlack in Verbindung mit Abziehbilderpapier zu verwenden: a) Der Kunstharzlack wird auf unbe drucktes Abziehbilderpapier aufgetragen. Die Lackschicht wird seitenrichtig, d. b, mit optisch richtiger Farbenanordnung bedruckt. Bei der Benutzung des Erzeugnisses wird die bedruckte Lackschicht von dem Papier abgeschoben und mit der vorher auf dem Papier befindlichen Seite nunmehr auf eine andere Unterlage übertragen oder auch als selbständiger Film verwendet.
b) Der Kunstharzlack wird auf solches Abziehbilderpapier aufgetragen, das auf der den Lack aufnehmenden Seite seitenverkehrt bedruckt ist, also die Farben in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aufweist. In diesem Falle wird beim Gebrauch des Erzeugnisses die Lack schicht zusammen mit dem Druck von dem Papier abgelöst und so übertragen, dass die bisherige Oberseite der Lackschicht auf die neue Unterlage zu liegen kommt.
c) Durchsichtiger gunstbarzlack wird auf Abziehbilderpapier aufgetragen. Die Lack- schickt wird dann mit seitenverkehrt aus geführtem Druck versehen. Beim Übertragen wird die Lackschicht mit der bedruckten Seite auf die Unterlage gebracht und das Papier abgezogen. Nunmehr wirkt die Lack schicht als Oberflächenschutz für den Druck- d) Der Kunstharzlack wird auf die Druck seite eines erst mit einem Lacküberzug ver- sehenen, dann _ bedruckten Abziehbilder- papieres aufgetragen.
Im Gebrauch werden beide Lackschichten mit der zwischenliegen den Druckschicht von dem Papier abgelöst, und das Ganze wird auf eine andere Unter lage übertragen oder als selbständiges Er zeugnis verwendet. Bei seitenrichtigem Druck muss die obere, bei seitenverkehrtem Druck muss die untere Lackschicht durchsichtig sein.
e) Das Abziebbilderpapier wird zuerst bedruckt. Hierauf wird der Kunstharzlack aufgetragen. Dann wird der Lackauftrag mit einem besonderen Aufdruck versehen. So entsteht ein beiderseitig bedruckter Lack film, der abziehbilderartig von dem Papier abgelöst und auf eine durchsichtige Unter lage übertragen oder für sich verwendet werden kann.
<I>f)</I> Der Kunstharzlack wird nach cc oder c auf unbedrucktes Abziehbilderpapier aufge tragen, jedoch nur in hauchdünner Lage, um auf dem Papier eine Druckunterlage zu bilden, welche den Zweck hat, das Papier gegen die Druckfarben zu isolieren.
Als lufttrocknender Kunstharzlack im Sinne der Erfindung wird vorzugsweise Glyp- tallack verwendet, das ist ein Lack, der als wesentlichen Bestandteil Kunstharz aus Gly zerin und Phthalsäure enthält.

When the product is used, the printed lacquer layer is pushed off the paper and, with the side previously on the paper, is now transferred to another base or used as an independent film.
b) The synthetic resin varnish is applied to such decal paper that is printed reversed on the side receiving the varnish, i.e. the colors are in reverse order. In this case, when the product is used, the lacquer layer is detached from the paper together with the pressure and transferred in such a way that the previous top of the lacquer layer comes to rest on the new substrate.
c) Clear gunstbarzlack is applied to decal paper. The varnish is then provided with reversed print. When transferring, the lacquer layer is applied with the printed side to the surface and the paper is removed. The varnish layer now acts as surface protection for the d) The synthetic resin varnish is applied to the printing side of a decal paper which is first provided with a varnish coating and then printed.
In use, both layers of varnish are detached from the paper with the printing layer between them, and the whole thing is transferred to another document or used as a stand-alone product. If the print is right-sided, the upper layer must be transparent, and if the print is reversed, the lower layer of varnish must be transparent.
e) The transfer paper is printed first. The synthetic resin paint is then applied. Then the paint application is provided with a special print. The result is a lacquer film printed on both sides, which can be removed from the paper like a decal and transferred to a transparent base or used on its own.
<I> f) </I> The synthetic resin varnish is applied to unprinted decal paper according to cc or c, but only in a very thin layer in order to form a printing underlay on the paper, which has the purpose of isolating the paper from the printing inks.
As an air-drying synthetic resin lacquer in the context of the invention, preference is given to using glycol lacquer, which is a lacquer which contains synthetic resin made from glycerin and phthalic acid as an essential component.
