Description

  

  Papier-Halter.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  ein Papierhalter.  



  Der Papierhalter ist dadurch     gekenn-          zeichnet"dass    die Vorderwand eines zur Auf  nahme eines Papierstapels     bestimmten        Be-          häIters        eine    Entnahmeöffnung aufweist     und     dass     mindestens    eine Feder vorgesehen ist,  welche den Stapeldauernd gegen die Vorder  wand drückt.  



       In    der     beiliegenden    Zeichnung sind     ein     Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes und- eine Variante dargestellt. Es  zeigt:       Fig.    1 den Halter im     .Schaubild,          Fig.    2 einen     Horizontalschnitt    durch den  selben, und       Fig.    3 eine Variante im     Horizontalschnitt.     An     einer    Rückwand 1     isst    ein Behäl  ter 2     mittels        nicht    dargestellter Scharniere       echwenkbar    befestigt.

   Die obere, in     Fig.    1       dargestellte,    geschlossene Stellung wird ge  sichert durch     einen    .als     Schnappverschluss     wirkenden, an der Rückwand 1     befestigten     federnden     Lappen        3,,dessen    freies gebogenes    Ende     m    eine Öffnung 4 des     Behälters    1 ein  schnappt. Die Vorderwand 2' des letzteren  weist eine Entnahmeöffnung 5 auf.

   Die  Öffnung     besteht    aus einem     vertikalen    Schlitz,  der in seiner     Längsmitte    beidseitig eine Er  weiterung 5'     besitzt.        Zwischen    .der     Vorder=     wand 2' und     mindestens    einer an der Rück  wand 1     befestigten    Feder 7 liegt ein     Stapel    6  von einzelnen,     zugeschnittenen    Papierblät  tern. Die Feder 7 drückt den Stapel 6  dauernd .gegen die Vorderwand 2'.

   Dadurch  wird erreicht, dass das vorderste     Blatt    des       Stapels    leicht mit zwei durch die Erweite  rungen 5' geführten Fingern gefasst und her  ausgezogen werden kann     (Fg.    2).  



  Bei der     Variante.    nach     Fig.    3 ist die den  Stapel 6 nach vorn .drückende Feder 8' aus  einem Teil der Rückwand 1 gebildet.  



  An Stelle der dargestellten     V_erschlu.ss-          einrichtung    3, 4     könnte    auch irgend     ein     anderer Verschluss verwendet     werden.    Die  Rückwand 1 weist noch     Mittel    auf, um sie  an einer Wand     befestigen        bezw.        aufhängen     zu     können.         Die Feder 7 kann auch lose im Behälter 2  angeordnet sein.     Einzelne    Teile oder     auch     der ganze Papierhalter kann aus Blech,       gunstmasse        etc.    hergestellt sein.

   Der be  schriebene     Papierhalter    dient zur Ausgabe  von Papierservietten, Prospekten,     Klosett-          papier,    Reklameschriften, Bestellscheinen usw.

       In the accompanying drawings, an embodiment of the subject invention and a variant are shown. It shows: Fig. 1 the holder in .Schaubild, Fig. 2 a horizontal section through the same, and Fig. 3 a variant in horizontal section. A Behäl ter 2 is attached to a rear wall 1 so that it can be swiveled by means of hinges not shown.

   The upper, shown in Fig. 1, closed position is secured by a .as a snap acting, attached to the rear wall 1 resilient tab 3, whose free curved end m an opening 4 of the container 1 snaps. The front wall 2 'of the latter has a removal opening 5.

   The opening consists of a vertical slot which has an extension 5 'in its longitudinal center on both sides. Between .the front = wall 2 'and at least one spring 7 attached to the rear wall 1 is a stack 6 of individual, cut paper sheets. The spring 7 presses the stack 6 continuously. Against the front wall 2 '.

   This ensures that the foremost sheet of the stack can easily be grasped and pulled out with two fingers guided through the extensions 5 '(FIG. 2).



  With the variant. According to FIG. 3, the spring 8 'which presses the stack 6 forward is formed from a part of the rear wall 1.



  Any other type of closure could also be used instead of the closure device 3, 4 shown. The rear wall 1 still has means to attach it to a wall or. to hang up. The spring 7 can also be arranged loosely in the container 2. Individual parts or the entire paper holder can be made of sheet metal, plastic, etc.

   The paper holder described is used to dispense paper napkins, brochures, toilet paper, advertising material, order forms, etc.
