Description

  

  Schutzvorrichtung zur Verhinderung des     Berstens    der Krone von Rammpfählen.    Die vorliegende     Erfindung    betrifft eine  Schutzvorrichtung zur     Verhinderung    des  Berstens der Krone von Rammpfählen, wel  che     insbesondere    dem Bauer grosse Vorteile  bietet, der     Jahr    für Jahr     eine    Menge höl  zerner     Pfähle        einschlagen    muss, um seine       Viehwiesen        einzufriedigen.    Dabei     lässt    es sich  nicht vermeiden, dass die Krone des Ramm  pfahles durch die Schläge zerrissen und ge  spalten wird.

   Dies zu     verhindern        ist    der  Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung.  



  Gemäss der     Erfindung    besteht die Schutz  vorrichtung aus einer     Metallplatte,        welche     beim Gebrauch auf die Krone der Ramm  pfähle zu legen bestimmt ist, wobei Mittel  vorgesehen sind, um der     Platte    auf der Krone  Halt zu geben.  



  In der     Zeichnung    ist eine beispielsweise       Ausführungsform    des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die auf der Krone eines       Pfahls    aufgesetzte     Schutzplatte,    und       Fig.    2 veranschaulicht einen in den Boden    zu rammenden, mit der     Schutzplatte        ver-          sehenen    Pfahl.  



  Die dargestellte Schutzvorrichtung zur       Verhinderung    des Berstens von Rammpfahl  kronen besteht aus einer massiven     Eisenplatte     1 mit     abwärtsgerichtetem,    konisch erweiter  tem Rand 2 und     bombierter    Oberfläche 3. Die  Innenfläche 4 der     Platte    1 ist eben und mit  einer zentrischen,     kegelförmigen    Spitze 5 ver  sehen.     Statt    Eisen kann für die Platte 1  auch     ein.'    anderes schlag- und stossfestes Me  tall     verwendet    werden.  



  Die Krone     k    des in die Erde einzuram  menden Pfahls wird, sofern sie nicht durch       einen    Eisenreifen gebunden ist; unter den       Schlägen        eines        Hammers    oder Rammbockes  bersten.

   Dies kann nun durch     die    beschrie  bene Platte 1 verhindert werden, indem sie  die Krone des     Pfahls        abdeckt.        Beim    Ein  rammen des Pfahls werden die Schläge von  der Platte aufgenommen und durch diese  dem     Pfahl        vermittelt.    Dadurch wird eine  Dämpfung der Schläge und günstige Druck  verteilung bewirkt und dadurch die Pfahl-      kröne beim     Rammen    geschont.

   Durch die       Zentrierspitze    5 wird erreicht, dass die ein  mal     konzentrisch    auf die Pfahlkrone auf  gepasste Platte 1 durch die Schläge nicht     ex-          zentrisch    zu liegen     kommt,    da sich die Spitze  immer wieder in die entsprechende     Vertie-          fung        in    der Pfahlkrone legt. Die Schutzvor  richtung kann ausser für Bauern auch für das  Baugewerbe verwendet werden.  



  Der Rand 2     könnte    auch weggelassen       sein,    so dass die Platte für     Pfähle    verwendet  werden     kann,    deren Durchmesser grösser ist  als derjenige von ersterer.

The present invention relates to a protective device for preventing the crown of driven piles from bursting, wel che in particular offers great advantages to the farmer who has to drive in a lot of wooden piles year after year in order to satisfy his cattle meadows. It cannot be avoided that the top of the pile is torn and split by the blows.

   To prevent this is the purpose of the present invention.



  According to the invention, the protective device consists of a metal plate which is intended to be placed on the crown of the ramming piles during use, with means being provided to hold the plate on the crown.



  In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown.



       FIG. 1 shows the protective plate placed on the crown of a post, and FIG. 2 illustrates a pile to be driven into the ground and provided with the protective plate.



  The protective device shown to prevent the bursting of driving pile crowns consists of a solid iron plate 1 with a downward-facing, conically expanded system edge 2 and cambered surface 3. The inner surface 4 of the plate 1 is flat and with a central, conical tip 5 see ver. Instead of iron, plate 1 can also be a. ' other impact and shock-resistant metal can be used.

   The center point 5 ensures that the plate 1, which is once fitted concentrically onto the pile crown, does not come to lie eccentrically as a result of the blows, since the point repeatedly lies in the corresponding depression in the pile crown. The protective device can be used not only for farmers but also for the construction industry.



  The edge 2 could also be omitted so that the plate can be used for piles whose diameter is larger than that of the former.
