Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbindung der 1-Amino-4- acetyl-N-methylaminobenzol-3-sulfosäure in saurem Medium mit der 2-Amino-8-naphtbol- 6-sulfosäure kombiniert.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet getrocknet ein rotbraunes, wasserlösliches Pulver und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in egalen, lebhaften Scharlachtönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit. Beispiel: Eine wässerige Lösung von 32 kg 1-Amino- 4- acetyl-N- m ethyl-ami n obenzol-3- s ulfonsäure wird in der üblichen Weise diazotiert. Die erhaltene Diazolösurig vereinigt man in mi neralsaurer Suspension mit 24 kg 2-Amino- 8-naphthol-6-sulfosäure. Der <RTI
