Hosenstossgamasche, insbesondere für Radfahrer. Bei Regenwetter, Gewitter, Schneegestö ber etc. bieten Pelerinen, Regenmäntel und Schirme nur teilweisen Schutz vor Nässe und Beschmutzung der Beinkleider durch vorbei fahrende Fahrzeuge. Arbeitern, die gewöhn lich einen weiten Weg zum Arbeitsplatz haben, ist das Wechseln der nassen Beinklei der unmöglich. Sie sind daher genötigt, die nassen Kleider an sich trocknen zu lassen.
Die Folgen sind Erkältungen mit ihren oft schwer oder gar nicht mehr zu heilenden Begleiterscheinungen. Die Erfindung hat nun eine wasserdichte Hosenstoss;gamasche zum Gegenstand, die leicht und bequem in einer Tasche verstaut werden kann. Die Hosenstossgamasche schützt die Hose vor Nässe und Beschmutzung und hält Ober- und Unterschenkel, sowie die Füsse selbst beim grössten Sturmwetter trocken. Die bis jetzt gebräuchlichen wasserdichten Überhosen sind zu schwer und zum Mittragen unbequem.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstan des der Erfindung ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung dargestellt. Die aus wasserundurchlässigem, leichtem Stoff angefertigte Hosenstossgamasehe hat die Form eines Hosenbeins, das unten: in einer Gamasche a endigt.
Zum bequemeren Hin einschlüpfen ist sie bis zirka 1/3 der Gesamt länge geschlitzt, wobei der Schlitz, in wel chen ein Spickel b eingesetzt ist, durch einen Reissverschluss c geschlossen, werden kann. Unten ist ein Band d befestigt, das unter den Schuhen durchgeht und die Gamasche fest hält. Oben ist ein in der Länge verstellbares Band e angeordnet, das die Befestigung der Gamasche an der Hose ermöglicht.
