Vehicle with accumulator batteries and facility for rapid reloading of the same. The above invention relates to a vehicle with accumulator batteries and a device for rapid reloading dersel ben. The invention is intended in particular to be applied to rail vehicles.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: Fig. I cross section along line aa in Fig. III with roller conveyor, Fig. II cross section along line aa in Fig. HI with conveyor belt rollers on the battery box, Fig. III side view with anchoring for two battery boxes, Fig. IV Floor plan for Fig. III with a battery box.
The rail vehicle Fig. I is above the feeder point; the battery box 13 to be replaced is already attached to the Hubwer ken 9, is now lowered, for example, onto the roller conveyor 14, 15 and then extended to the left. Then the battery box 12 with the charged battery is rolled from the right under the vehicle, attached to the hoists and lifted.
The lifting mechanism 9 consists of a pressure oil cylinder in which the lifting mechanism piston 7 is guided. This lifting mechanism piston carries a lifting roller 6 over which a pull rope or a pull chain 10 is looped, one end of which is attached to the cylinder at 8, while the battery box 12, 13 is attached to the other end at 11 of the battery. The hub plant 9 forms a simple pulley system with a role; its stroke is half of the battery stroke, its lifting force twice as large as the part of the weight of the battery box to be lifted by this hoist.
This results in a low overall height of the lifting mechanism, which can be attached under the bench seats without the lifting roller cutting into the seat bar in its highest position. A pressure oil pump 3 supplies the pressure oil for the lifting mechanisms. The pressure oil pump can be driven by hand or, for example, by means of a small electric motor 2.
The lowering of the battery box or boxes is carried out by opening the closing tap 4, the lowering movement being accelerated or braked as desired.
The hoist presses the battery box against a sealing intermediate layer, for example, on the car body floor after the battery box has been clamped by lifting it by means of guide supports 18 to prevent it from sliding in the direction of travel and across the same. In this position the hoist is locked in some way by hand or automatically. Then the anchors 19 and 20 are hooked and the latter screwed tight. Known hydraulic lifting devices can be used, which are arranged inside the car and protected from wind and weather.
The acceleration and deceleration forces that occur in Fahrbe due to the high dead weight of the battery are easily absorbed by adjustable, movably arranged anchors that, in addition to the hoist lock, also serve as a second safeguard against unintentional loosening of the battery suspension.
