Device for refilling air in pressure vessels, in particular for water supply systems. The invention relates to a device for refilling air in pressure vessels, in particular for automatic Wasserversor supply systems, in which the pressure port of the pump via a connecting line running at the same time as the pressure line, in which a jet air pump is used, is connected to the pressure vessel and in which A shut-off element is installed between the pump and the pressure vessel.
In known devices of this type, two more shut-off members were also required, and these three shut-off members had to be operated alternately by hand during operation of the device, so that the device required monitoring. The use of such a device in automatic water supply systems such as domestic water pumps and the like, which, apart from the recurring inspection and lubrication, do not require any operation, is therefore not very useful.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated in that the shut-off element in the pressure line is opened automatically and with a delay in relation to its activation and is closed when the motor is switched off depending on the current of the drive motor of the pump. In addition, an air inlet valve is assigned to the jet air pump, which shuts off the air supply at a certain pressure in the pressure vessel.
Such a training ensures that the device works completely automatically in dependence from the drive motor, as well as from the air pressure in the air tank when charging. Any kind of monitoring is not necessary and the installation can be carried out in any fully automatic water supply system. to be built in. In addition, the pressure vessel can be charged for a few minutes each time the pump group is switched on, so that the air cushion in the pressure vessel is kept as constant as possible.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing, namely the same shows a schematic view of the device.
In the drawing, 1 is the pressure vessel with which the centrifugal pump 2 driven by the electric motor 3 is connected via the pressure line 4, from which the delivery line 5 extends to the consumption points. A pressure switch 6 is built on the pressure vessel, the membrane of which is under water pressure and through which the connection line L of the motor 3 is controlled. This pressure switch is set in a known manner so that it turns the motor on at a certain minimum pressure in the pressure vessel and switches off the motor at a certain maximum pressure in the pressure vessel. In the pressure line 4, an electromagnetically operated slide 7 is built, the pull magnet 8 is connected to the motor line L via a time relay 9.
From the pressure port of the pump to the pressure vessel 1, a second Drucklei device 10, in which a jet air pump 11 with a sniffer valve 12 is arranged. 13 is the suction pipe of pump 2.
The operation of the device described is as follows: When the motor circuit is interrupted at the pressure switch 6, the magnet 8 is de-energized and the slide 7 is closed. As soon as the minimum pressure is reached in the pressure vessel, the pressure switch closes the motor circuit and the motor 3 runs with the pump 2. Since the slide 7 is still closed, all the water flows through the jet air pump 11 and charges the pressure vessel. In the latter, there is initially only a slight counterpressure, so that in a few minutes a large amount of air is pressed into it, until the time relay 9 closes the circuit of the magnet 8, attracts it and opens the slide 7.
Now the water flows through the line 4 into the pressure vessel 1 and the delivery line 5, the jet air pump 11 receives less and less water and consequently conveys less and less air into the pressure vessel. The pressure in the latter increases more and more. until finally the sniffer valve 12 closes due to the internal overpressure and the air supply stops completely. As soon as the maximum pressure in the pressure vessel is reached, the pressure switch 6 interrupts the circuit of the drive motor and the magnet 8, the pump comes to a standstill, the magnet 8 drops out and the slide 7 closes again. The system is now ready to be recharged again.
