Description

  

  Feststeller für Fenster und Türen.    Gegenstand vorliegender     Erfindung    ist ein  Feststeller für Fenster und Türen mit zwei       aneinandergeführten    und in bezug aufeinan  der verschiebbaren Teilen, von denen der eine  am Fenster-     resp.    Türrahmen und der andere  am beweglichen Flügel schwenkbar befestigt  ist. Die beiden Teile können durch eine unter  Federwirkung stehende Kugel einerseits und       Ausnehmungen    im einen Teil anderseits in  ihrer gegenseitigen Lage festgestellt werden.  Solche Ausführungen sind an sich bekannt.  



  Das Neue besteht nun jedoch erfindungs  gemäss darin, dass der eine Teil durch eine  kurze, den andern Teil umfassende Hülse und  eine am andern Teil geführte Hülsenverlänge  rung gebildet wird, in welch letzterer die  unter Wirkung einer Blattfeder stehende       Kugel    unmittelbar gelagert ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise       Ausführungsform    des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Ansicht von vorne,       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht und       Fig.    3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     III-III     der     Fig.    1.    Am festen Fensterrahmen 1 ist mittels  eines winklig abgebogenen     Supportes    2 ein  im Querschnitt halbkreisförmiger Arm 3 um  den Bolzen 4 schwenkbar gelagert.

   Auf dem  Arm 3 sitzt eine     ihn    teilweise umfassende,  kurze, verschiebbare Hülse 5     (Fig.3),    die  eine. den Arm 3 oben und seitlich teilweise  überdeckende Verlängerung 6 aufweist. Das  der Hülse     ä        entgegengesetzte    Ende des Teils 6  ist durch eine Niete oder einen Bolzen 7 mit  dem winkligen Träger 8 schwenkbar ver  bunden. Der Träger 8 seinerseits ist fest am  schwenkbaren Fensterflügel angeordnet. Der  obere Teil des Armes 3 weist konisch zu  laufende     Ausnehmungen    9 zur teilweisen Auf  nahme einer Kugel 10 auf; welche     Ausneh-          mungen    sich in einfacher Weise mittels An  bohren erzielen lassen.

   In der Verlängerung 6  der Hülse 5 ist die Kugel 10 unmittelbar  gelagert, und zwar steht sie unter der Wir  kung einer Blattfeder 13, die mittels zweier  durch Schlitze der Feder greifender Schrau  ben 11, 12 befestigt ist. Diese Blattfeder  versucht die Kugel 10 nach     unten    auf den  Arm 3 aufzudrücken. Durch entsprechende      Wahl der Federstärke kann erreicht werden,  dass der Fensterflügel gesichert ist, wenn sich  die Kugel 10 in einer     Ausnehmung    9 befindet.  



  Wird die Blattfeder 13 stark genug ge  wählt, so wird die freie Bewegung des Fenster  flügels auch dann gehemmt, wenn die Kugel<B>10</B>  nicht in einer     Ausnehmung    9 liegt.  



  Die beschriebene Einrichtung hat den Vor  teil, dass der geöffnete Fensterflügel automa  tisch in seiner Lage gesichert oder in seiner  Bewegung gehemmt wird, ohne dass ein An  ziehen von Schrauben, ein Festklemmen oder  dergleichen erforderlich wäre.

The present invention is a lock for windows and doors with two juxtaposed and with respect to aufeinan the movable parts, one of which on the window respectively. Door frame and the other is pivotally attached to the movable leaf. The two parts can be fixed in their mutual position by a ball under spring action on the one hand and recesses in one part on the other. Such designs are known per se.



  What is new, however, according to the invention is that one part is formed by a short sleeve encompassing the other part and a sleeve extension guided on the other part, in which the latter the ball under the action of a leaf spring is directly supported.



  The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 is a view from the front, FIG. 2 is a plan view and FIG. 3 is a section along the line III-III of FIG an arm 3 with a semicircular cross section is mounted pivotably about the bolt 4 by means of an angled support 2.

   On the arm 3 sits a partially comprehensive, short, displaceable sleeve 5 (Figure 3), which has a. the arm 3 at the top and at the side partially overlapping extension 6. The opposite end of the sleeve ä of the part 6 is connected by a rivet or a bolt 7 to the angled support 8 pivotally a related party. The carrier 8, in turn, is fixedly arranged on the pivotable window sash. The upper part of the arm 3 has conically tapering recesses 9 for the partial acquisition of a ball 10; which recesses can be achieved in a simple manner by means of drilling.

   In the extension 6 of the sleeve 5, the ball 10 is directly supported, namely it is under the We effect of a leaf spring 13, which is fastened by means of two screws that cross through slots of the spring 11, 12. This leaf spring tries to push the ball 10 down onto the arm 3. By selecting the spring strength accordingly, it can be achieved that the window sash is secured when the ball 10 is located in a recess 9.



  If the leaf spring 13 is chosen strong enough, the free movement of the window sash is inhibited even if the ball 10 is not in a recess 9.



  The device described has the advantage that the open window sash is automatically secured in its position or its movement is inhibited without the need to pull screws, clamp or the like.
