Description

  

      Verfahren    zum Durchfärben von Leder.    Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    es gelingt, Leder,  insbesondere Chromleder, vollständig durch  zufärben, wenn man dazu den blauroten  Farbstoff aus     diazotiertem        4-Chlor-2-amino-          1-        (ss,y   <I>-</I>     dioxy)    -     propyloxybenzol    und     1-Oxy        -          naphthalin    - 3,6,8 -     trisulfonsäure        verwendet.          Oberfläche    und Kern des Leders werden  blaurot gefärbt.

           Beispiel:       Die neutralisierten Felle werden im Fass  mit 150 bis 200% Wasser von<B>65'</B> C ver  setzt; das Fass wird laufen gelassen und eine  Auflösung des Farbstoffes aus     diazotiertem     1--     Chlor-2-amino-1-(ss,        y-dioxy)-propyloxyben-          zol    und     1-Oxynaphthalin-3,6,8-trisulfonsäure          durch    die hohle Achse zugegeben. Im all-    gemeinen genügen 1 bis 2 % des auf das       Falzgewicht    berechneten Farbstoffes, um  kräftige     Durchfärbungen    zu erzielen. Nach  45 Minuten setzt man den     Fatliquor    zu und  bewegt weitere 45 Minuten.

   Handelt es sich  um sehr schwere Häute, so ist die Färbe  dauer entsprechend zu verlängern.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zum Durchfärben von Leder, insbesondere Chromleder, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man dazu den blauroten Farb stoff aus diazotiertem 4-Chlor-2-amino-1-(ss,y- dioxy)-propyloxybenzol und 1-Oxynaplitha- lin-3,6,8-trisulfonsäure verwendet. Oberfläche und Kern des Leders werden blaurot gefärbt.
