Description

  

  Schleifkörper.    Das Schleifen von Holz usw. benötigt  viel Zeit und sorgfältige Arbeiter, insbeson  dere dann, wenn die zu schleifenden Holz  stücke profiliert oder gekrümmt sind.  



  Die Erfindung     betrifft    nun einen Schleif  körper (z. B. eine Scheibe, Walze, Kugel etc.),  welcher diese Arbeit rasch und gut erledigt.  



  Der Schleifkörper gemäss vorliegender Er  findung ist ein Rotationskörper, der     minde-          5tens    teilweise aus Zellgummi, d. h. Gummi  mit feinen     Poren    von annähernd gleicher  Grösse besteht. Dieser besitzt eine Arbeits  fläche, auf welcher mittels eines elastischen  Bindemittels ein körniges Schleifmittel be  festigt ist.  



  Als Bindemittel kann ein guter Tierleim,  eine Gummilösung etc. verwendet werden.  Als Schleifmittel kann mehr oder weniger  fein gekörnter Flint, Glas, Schmirgel etc.  benutzt werden.  



  Die Arbeitsfläche kann zylindrisch, konisch  oder profiliert, z. B. konkav, konvex etc. aus  geführt sein, um profilierte bezw. gekrümmte    Holzstücke rasch und gleichzeitig auf grosser  Fläche bearbeiten zu können.  



  Den Schleifkörper lässt man vorteilhaft mit  hoher Tourenzahl (etwa 800-1400 T./min.)  laufen. Damit er unter der Wirkung der  Zentrifugalkraft seine Form nicht ändert  und doch die Elastizität nicht verliert, wird  der Schleifkörper vorteilhaft mit einer Ban  dage aus Gewebe überzogen.  



  Der Schleifkörper wird vorteilhaft auf  einer Metall- oder     Dellitzbüchse    befestigt,  mit welcher der Schleifkörper dann auf einer  Welle befestigt werden kann.  



  Die Büchse kann dabei mit einer radialen  Scheibe, mit einem Stützkörper für den  Gummikörper     etc.    versehen sein, damit die  Arbeitsfläche nur radial nach innen aus  weichen kann und kein seitliches Ausbiegen  möglich ist. Der Gummikörper kann auch  mit einer versteifenden Einlage, z. B. aus  Kautschuk, versehen sein.

  The work surface can be cylindrical, conical or profiled, e.g. B. concave, convex, etc. be performed to profiled BEZW. to be able to work on curved pieces of wood quickly and simultaneously over a large area.



  The grinding wheel is advantageously allowed to run at a high number of revolutions (around 800-1400 t / min.) So that it does not change its shape under the effect of centrifugal force and yet does not lose its elasticity, the grinding wheel is advantageously covered with a band of fabric.



  The grinding wheel is advantageously attached to a metal or Dellitz bushing with which the grinding wheel can then be attached to a shaft.



  The bushing can be provided with a radial washer, with a support body for the rubber body, etc. so that the working surface can only give way radially inwards and no lateral bending is possible. The rubber body can also be provided with a stiffening insert, e.g. B. made of rubber.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Schleifkörper, insbesondere zum Schleifen und Polieren von Holz, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass ein mindestens teilweise aus Zellgummi bestehender Rotationskörper mit einer Arbeitsfläche versehen ist, auf welcher mit Hilfe eines elastischen Bindemittels ein gekörntes Schleif- und Poliermittel befestigt ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Schleifkörper nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeits fläche profiliert ist. 2. Schleifkörper nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schleifkörper eine Einlage aus festerem Material aufweist.
