Isolierbaustein.
Fig. 1 ist ein Grundriss des Isolierbau- steines gemäss einer ersten Ausführungs form und Fig. 2 zeigt ein aus Steinen gemäss Fig. 1 gebildeter Steinverband; Fig. 3 ist eine Ansicht des Isolierbaustei- nes gemäss einer zweiten Ausführungsform, von der Unterseite;
Insulating block. The present invention relates to an insulating module.
According to the invention, the insulating block is Z-shaped when viewed in plan.
In the drawing, for example, two embodiments of the insulating block according to the invention are shown.
1 is a plan view of the insulating building block according to a first embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a block structure formed from blocks according to FIG. 1; 3 is a view of the insulating component according to a second embodiment, from the bottom;
FIG. 4 is a cross-section through the insulating block according to line 1-I in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 shows a block formation formed from insulating blocks according to FIGS. 3 and 4. The insulating block according to the Ausfüh approximately form of FIGS. 1 and 2 has a Z-shaped base, namely the width of each transverse leg 1 is approximately one third of that of the stone in the longitudinal direction of the central web 2 ge measure. Vertical insulating cavities 3 are provided in the stone, evenly distributed and offset from one another in rows.
The two outer sides of the stone are provided with vertical ribs 4 over the entire height. In the umpteen. 2 can be seen. When laid, stones of this type form between the central webs 2 and the legs 1 of two abutting stones a prismatic cavity 5. -The mortar joints that arise when laying the stones in the manner shown are offset from one another according to the Z-shape nii, l not continuously.
The insulating block according to Fig. 3 to 5 also has a Z-shaped base, but where the width of the legs 1 is half the length of the central web 2 from one stone side of the stone to the opposite stone side \ measured. The faces of this stone are also provided with vertical ribs 4. In contrast to the first embodiment, the evenly distributed vertical insulating cavities 3, which are arranged offset from one another in rows, are not continuous, but only open at the top of the stone. At the bottom of the stone, as Fig. 3 shows, in the longitudinal direction of the see angle, 1 extending recesses 7 ausgebil det.
Since the width of one leg of this stone corresponds to half the length of the central web, no cavities 5 are formed in the stone association when laying stones of this type in the manner shown in FIG.
The stone allows quick and easy bricking. A heat-insulating property of the stone is achieved through the cavities 3. The stone can be machine-made and made of sand-lime or baked clay.
