Zahnradwechselgetriebe.
Gear change transmission. In known gear change transmissions, the sliding gears are switched directly from one to the other mating gear, ras is only possible if the transmission is disengaged during the changeover.
The subject of the invention is now a gear change transmission, which allows a scarf device from one stage to the other without disengaging the transmission and this enables a smooth transition from one stage to the other, in that between two toothed disks (b, e respectively. c, d) a step wheel a shock-free transition of a sliding wheel from the smaller to the larger toothed disk BEZW. conversely during the course of the step wheel mediating, with the same pitch as the toothed disks toothed eccentric is arranged, whereby facilities are provided,
which BEZW the transition of the sliding wheel from a toothed washer to the anlie ing eccentric. from this to the next toothed disk on that sector of the toothed disk and eccentric are limited to the sets of teeth on which the teeth of the toothed disk and eccentric are in axial alignment.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically.
FIG. 1 shows a view of the transmission in the direction of the axes, FIG. 2 shows a view transverse to the axis.
A step gear is firmly seated on the drive shaft a, the individual toothed disks of which are denoted by b, c and d with the same pitch. With the toothed disks of this stage gear, a gear f seated on the driven shaft e interacts. The latter is arranged in any way with its shaft e so that it can be displaced in the axial direction and transversely to the same that it can be switched between the smallest (b) and the largest (d) toothed disk of the step wheel.
Between each two toothed disks of the Stu fenrades is a with the same pitch as the latter toothed eccentric g respectively. h also if fixed on the shaft a, so rigidly connected to the tooth disks b, c, d , arranged, namely the eccentric g respectively. h designed in such a way that its teeth on one side over a partial arc x with the teeth of the smaller and on the opposite side over a partial arc g with the teeth of the next larger toothed washer in axial alignment.
If the toothed wheel f is now to be switched from toothed disk b (position 1) to toothed disk d (position III) via toothed disk c (position II), shaft e. by the switching means a pressure is exerted in the direction of the arrow (Fig. \?).
At the moment \ in which the gears b and f in the curved part x, in the area of which the teeth of the disks b and g are in axial alignment, come into engagement ( Fig. 1), the gear f pushes into the teeth of the eccentric g and rolls off this, after a partial rotation of the eccentric g in the area of the arc part y, within which the teeth of the disks g and c are axially In alignment, slide onto toothed lock washer c (position II).
The gear wheel f is switched from the toothed disk c to the toothed disk d (position III) in the same way via the eccentric toothed disk h. The downshift of the gear wheel f is also pushed in the reverse order via the eccentrics h and g. Suitable devices allow the shifting of the sliding wheel f only at the point where the toothing of the switched-on toothed disc of the step wheel is axially in alignment with that of the disc to which it is to be switched.
This purpose is fulfilled, for example, by a disk connected between the toothed disk and the eccentric and having a larger diameter than that of the toothed disk, which is provided at the transition point with a recess which allows the slide wheel to pass through. This disk is expediently formed in such a way that it can evade radial pressure from the sliding wheel.
The inventive Ausgestal device of the transmission, the wear of the same is significantly reduced. A clutch is only required when shifting to first gear.
