Piston machine provided with a Krenzhopf body. The invention relates to a piston riveting machine provided with a cross-headed body, in particular for pressurizing and conveying liquid or liquid agents.
and consists in the fact that the delivery rod is moved in a force-locking manner in the delivery direction and positively in the suction direction, that a part of the crosshead body is formed as a cylinder and a piston located therein is replaced during the delivery stroke by a cylinder located in the cylinder, The liquid is secured against inadmissible pressure increase and is immediately displaced by the crosshead during the suction stroke.
The liquid contained in the crosshead body can be secured against inadmissible pressure increases, for example by a blower or by a break protection device. One device can shut down the machine in the event of an excessive increase in pressure in the liquid contained in the crosshead body, another device can drain liquid from the cylinder of the crosshead body at the beginning of the pressure stroke,
to change the length of the delivery stroke.
The subject of the invention is tert erläu below using some simplified examples shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a first Ausführungsbei game in longitudinal section, Figs. 2 and 3 show a detail of the machine according to FIG. 1 in two different versions and finally the I'ig. 4 shows the longitudinal section through a second embodiment.
The crankshaft 1 drives the push rod 3 via the crank 2, which is designed as an eccentric, which is articulated to a crosshead body 4. The piston rod 5 is moved in a delivery cylinder 6, to which a viscous or dough-like agent flows through a bore 7, which is then pushed out through the bore 8 into the delivery line, not shown.
Both the cylinder 6 and the crosshead track 9 and the bearings (not shown) of the crankshaft 1 are held by a machine frame 10 which transmits the structural forces between these individual parts.
The funding flows under the pressure of its own gravity or through a special, not shown delivery device from the bore 7 via the suction valve 11 into the cylinder chamber 12 and is then pushed out during the delivery stroke via the pressure valve 13 through the bore into the pressure line. Both valves 11 and 13 are respectively in a basket 14. 15 held, which respectively after removing the cover 16. 17 together with the valves can be removed from the cylinders.
The piston: is guided in the cylinder through a stuffing box 18 and a guide bush 19, the first of which is responsible for sealing the piston and the second for guiding it and, under certain circumstances, stripping off the conveying means. For lubrication and any flushing of the stuffing box, a lubricant or coolant can be fed through the bore 20, an excess of which, if necessary, can be removed again through the bore? 1. The piston rod leads through a stripping device 22 into the crank chamber of the frame 10 on the side opposite the cylinder.
The part 23 of the cross head body 4 is designed as a cylinder, the piston 24 located therein being displaced directly during the delivery stroke of the piston 5 by a liquid in the cylinder chamber 25 and during the suction stroke by the cover 26 of the cross head body. As a result, the pump piston 5 is positively moved in the conveying direction of the arrow 27 and positively in the suction direction of the arrow 28.
Liquid is introduced into the cylinder chamber 25 of the cross head body 23 via the valve 29 from the lubricant system of the cure company. The liquid enclosed in the cylinder chamber 25 is then secured during the pressure stroke by a valve 30 against excess pressure. The lubricant is introduced through the bearing (not shown) into the bore 31 of the crankshaft and passes through the bore 32: then to the f "iiiffl: icli (@ of the eccentric 2.
A hole 33 in the push rod is filled from this barrel surface 31 of the crosshead pin and finally a hole 35 in the housing 36 of the element, and 30. Further holes 3 7 and 38 finally lead to the running surface of the cross head shoe 39.
The housing 36 of the feed valve 29 and the pressure relief valve 30 is shown on a larger scale in FIG. The liquid from the lubricant system flows through the bore 40 via the make-up:
valve 29 and through the channel 41 into the cylinder space 25 of the cross head body - ?. As soon as the pressure of the liquid in the cylinder space 25 is so much lower than the pressure in the lubricant system than the pressure necessary to compress the spring 4-1, the valve 29 is lifted from its seat so that replenishment can take place. In the event of an unacceptable pressure increase in the cylinder 25, the valve 30 is raised.
By to arrange a bore 43, the valve is not only on the area corresponding to the seat D, but also on the opposite side on a circular area corresponding to the bore d by the. pressure prevailing in the cylinder chamber 25.
The pressure exerted on the spring 4-1 then acts on a circular ring surface with the outer diameter D and the inner diameter D. By suitable coordination of the ring surface D-d and the pressure of the spring 44 can be achieved that da_ss, the valve 30 opens when the pressure of the fluid contained in the cylinder chamber 25 rises above an allowable level. The liquid then escapes through the bores 45 in the crankcase of the machine.
a-. The valve body 46 shown in FIG. 3 also has a make-up valve 29 which is loaded by a spring 42 and thus allows the cylinder space contained in the crosshead body to be made-up from the 5ellmiermii.telsystein.
The bore 47 of the part body 46, which adjoins the bore 41, is further closed by a break plate 48 which is pressed onto the seat surfaces 50 by a pin-191 drilled through it. The ring-shaped notches 51 and 5 2 of the fracture plate are dimensioned so
that when the pressure in the cylinder space of the crosshead body rises, the middle piece of the fracture plate breaks out of the piece of the fracture plate held by the nipple 49 and thus the liquid contained in the cylinder space releases the path into the liurbelrauin. An unacceptable increase in pressure is thus avoided.
The machine according to FIG. 4 is essentially designed in the same way as the machine according to FIG. 1: but contains, in addition to the blow-off valve 53, a device 54 through which fluid is discharged from the start of the pressure stroke (lein cross-head body drained can be to change the length of the delivery stroke of the piston 5. For this purpose, a cylindrical sleeve 55 is connected to the cross head body 4, in which a control piston 56 is located.
The control piston has all of its outer part a thread 57 which is screwed into a rotatable nut 60 through the hand wheel 58 by means of the worm 59 .. The nut 60 is in a bearing 61 of the frame 10 ge superimposed, so that by turning the hand wheel 58 the position of the control piston 56 can be changed with respect to the frame. The cylinder space 25 of the cross head body 4 is now via the bore 41 with the cylinder space 6? connected. .
By suitable adjustment of the control piston 56, it can be achieved that in the outer dead center position the cylinder chamber 62 is connected to the drain line 64 via the annular chamber 63. Under certain circumstances, the drain line can be fed back into the machine's lubricant system.
As long as the connection between the line 64 and the cylinder space 25 is not interrupted, liquid can escape from the cruciform body 4, so that the cruciform head body is shifted towards its inner dead center; but the piston rod remains until the end of the controlling edges of the annular space 63 and is only then moved through the crosshead during the rest of the stroke.
When the crosshead body is reversed, the piston rod 5 remains at first (unless it is already moved by the pressure of the conveying means in the channel 7 itself) until the cover 26 strikes the piston 24. In order to prevent a hard blow in the process, a liquid brake is provided, which is ordered that an extension 65 is present on the piston, which just fits into a space 66 of the cover 26. The leakage liquid which passes through the surface between the piston 24 and the cylinder is then displaced in the space 66 by the extension 65. With a suitable shape of the end edges, the displacement can be directed so that a hard blow is avoided.
When the outer dead center is reached, the same game is repeated again, namely that the piston 5 stops until the controlling edge of the piston 56 grinds the controlling edge of the annular space 63.
Piston machines according to the invention are particularly suitable in cases where a hard jamming of the delivery piston can easily occur. Particularly at risk in this direction are pumps for pumping thick liquid or dough-like products with a high viscosity, for example pastes made from coal and oil, which have to form chemical compounds under high pressure. As soon as a certain amount of the paste-like agent is jammed between the delivery piston and the cylinder, in particular the guide bushes of the cylinder, the pressures for moving the piston can become too high, so that individual parts can break even when the machine is switched off quickly.
If, however, in the machine according to the invention, -the liquid of the cross-head body is secured against reaching excessively high pressures, the liquid simply flows out of the cross-head body when the delivery piston is glued in the delivery cylinder, but breaks in individual machine parts cannot occur. It is advisable to make the length of the cylinder space of the cross head body as large as the largest stroke of the delivery piston.
Under certain circumstances, devices can be provided with the help of which the machine is shut down in the event of an impermissible pressure increase in the liquid contained in the crosshead body. The device can be designed in such a way that it is influenced by the liquid itself flowing out of the crosshead body, for example by means of a piston. But it can also be influenced by the relative displacement occurring between the cross head body and the piston rod.
It expediently acts on the drive machine of the piston pump, for example on a switch of the driving electric motor or on a control valve in a steam engine. Ultimately, however, it can also act on a coupling between the drive machine and the piston pump or a drive belt.
