Description

  

  Einrichtung zur Einführung -von Kabeln in Häuser.    Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung  bildet eine Einrichtung zur Einführung von       Kabeln    in Häuser, bei welcher in einen       Kabelleitungskanal    zwei mit Aussparungen  für mindestens ein Kabel versehene     Scheiben     eingesetzt sind, zwischen welchen das Kabel  für die Erzielung eines Abschlusses an den  Aussparungen mit einer Binde     umwickelt     ist, welche doppelseitig mit einer über einen  grossen Temperaturbereich plastisch bleiben  den Masse belegt ist, wobei der Zwischenraum  zwischen den beiden     gegeneinandergepressten     Scheiben mit einer ebenfalls über einen  grossen Temperaturbereich plastisch bleiben  den Masse ausgefüllt ist,

   das Ganze zwecks  Erzielung eines vollständig     gas-    und wasser  dichten Abschlusses der Kabeleinführung.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind  eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegen  standes nebst einer     Detailvariante    dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt einer  Einrichtung,       Fig.    2 eine Ansicht einer Scheibe mit  einer Aussparung, und         Fig.    3 eine Ansicht einer Scheibe mit  zwei Aussparungen.  



  Auf der Zeichnung bezeichnet 1 einen in  ein Haus hineinführenden, rohrförmigen       Kabelleitungskanal,    in welchem gegen eine  Absetzung 2 eine zum Beispiel aus Blei be  stehende Scheibe 3 anliegt, die für den  Durchtritt des Kabels 5 eine Aussparung 4       (Fig.    2) aufweist.

   Eine zweite gleich aus  gebildete     Scheibe    6 liegt gegen den innern  Rand eines in den Kanal 1 eingeschraubten  Rohrstückes 7 an.     Zwischen    den beiden  Scheiben 3 und 6 ist das Kabel 5 mit     einer     Binde 8     umwickelt,    welche einen Abschluss  für die Aussparungen .der Scheiben bildet  und zum Beispiel aus einem Juteband be  steht, das     doppelseitig    mit einer     Proto-          paraffinmasse    belegt ist. Diese Masse hat  die Eigenschaft, das sie über einen grossen  Temperaturbereich von -40' bis     +30,)     dauernd plastisch bleibt.

   Der verbleibende  Zwischenraum     zwischen    den Scheiben 3, 6  ist mit einer ebenfalls über einen grossen  Temperaturbereich von -40' bis     +30'         dauernd plastisch bleibenden Masse 9 aus  gefüllt, die zum Beispiel aus Protoparaffin  und einem Füllstoff, insbesondere einem  vegetabilischen oder tierischen Faserstoff be  steht. Beim Einschrauben des Rohrstückes 7  wird die Scheibe 6 gegen die     Scheibe    3 ge  presst, wodurch die Masse 9 zusammengepresst  wird. Auf diese Weise wird ein vollständig  gas- und wasserdichter Abschluss der Kabel  einführung in ein Haus erzielt.  



  In     Fig.    3 ist eine mit zwei Aussparungen  11, 12 versehene Scheibe 10 gezeigt, welche  an Stelle der Scheiben 3, 6 verwendet wer  den kann, wenn zwei Kabel in ein Haus ein  geführt werden sollen.

  In the drawing, 1 denotes a tubular cable duct leading into a house, in which against a deposition 2 a for example made of lead be standing disk 3 rests, which has a recess 4 (Fig. 2) for the passage of the cable 5.

   A second disc 6, formed in the same way, rests against the inner edge of a pipe section 7 screwed into the channel 1. Between the two disks 3 and 6, the cable 5 is wrapped with a bandage 8, which forms a closure for the cutouts of the disks and, for example, consists of a jute tape that is covered on both sides with a protoparaffin compound. This mass has the property that it remains permanently plastic over a large temperature range from -40 'to +30.

   The remaining space between the disks 3, 6 is filled with a mass 9, which is also permanently plastic over a large temperature range from -40 'to +30', which is for example made of protoparaffin and a filler, in particular a vegetable or animal fiber . When screwing in the pipe section 7, the disc 6 is pressed against the disc 3 ge, whereby the mass 9 is pressed together.   In Fig. 3, a disc 10 provided with two recesses 11, 12 is shown, which can be used in place of the discs 3, 6 if two cables are to be led into a house.
