Clock with unsteadiness regulator. The invention relates to a clock with. Unrest speed regulator, in which the unrest gear regulator transmission is encapsulated on all sides and the relative movement required to drive the unrest Re is brought about between a shaft of the gear regulator transmission and its bearing by a remote force.
The drawing illustrates three exemplary embodiments from the subject of the invention.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the permanent magnet 2 provided with two slots and made of steel with a high coercive force is attached to the shaft 1 coming from the clockwork. The permanent magnet opposite is in the glass capsule 3, the wheel 4 for driving the gear regulator 5, not shown, to be sorted. An armature consisting of the iron pieces 6 is attached to the wheel 4. The iron pieces 6 and the magnet 2 are coupled to each other by the magnetic force. The small torque of the clockwork acting on shaft 1 is insufficient to remove the poles of the magnet from the iron bits 6.
The shaft 1 can therefore only rotate as fast as the gear regulator allows.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, a pawl 10 made of magnetic material is attached to the permanent magnet 7 driven by the clockwork shaft 1, which is opposed to a corresponding armature 8 for the gear regulator drive, and has a magnetic bridge between the magnet and manufactures its anchor. The pawl can in the teeth: the fixed locking ring 11 engage.
The arrangement works in such a way that as long as the poles of the armature 8 are opposite those of the magnet 7, the magnet can rotate at the speed of the armature 8. If, for example, as a result of a He shake, the armature 8 remain too far behind the magnet, the pawl 10 is brought from the armature 8 in the position shown in Fig. 3 Darge and thereby inhibits the magnet movement because it is in the teeth of the stationary Lock ring 11 engages. Because of the large lever ratio of the pawl arms A and a : The pawl 10 is held in the position shown with sufficient force.
The armature 8 is here brought up to the vicinity of the magnet 7 by rotating the pawl 10 in the direction of the arrow shown, the pawl acting as a lever with a pivot point 12. In this position, the pawl releases the Mag net 7 again.
In order to facilitate the melting of the regulator into the glass capsule 13, the regulator can be protected against the: Melting heat by insulating layers 14.
After the original cylindrical wall 15 has been drawn in, a pipe socket indicated by 16 remains, which is melted shut at 17 in the usual union.
Before it is melted, the gear regulator is oiled, if necessary in such an excess that: it stops in the lower part of the capsule 01 . The capsule can also be filled with nitrogen or another gas that protects the oil and the metal surfaces against conversion before being melted. The gas filling can also be saturated with oil vapor in order to prevent evaporation of the oil.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the glass capsule 3 is attached to the rotating shaft 1 of the clockwork. The shaft 20 is here connected to an eccentric to the axis 20 arranged armature 22, which is held by the permanent magnet 23 in the GE recorded position. The permanent magnet can be omitted, since the weight of the eccentric to the shaft angeord designated 'part 22 seeks to keep this in the position shown.
Since in this example .the capsule with the bearing parts of the speed regulator gear is rotated by the clockwork while the shaft 20 is held, the relative rotation between the shaft 20 and the bearing parts required to drive the unrest comes about here as well. The effective torque on the shaft 1. of the clockwork is not sufficient to tear the armature 22 loose from the Mag net 23 respectively. lift part 22. Wave 1 can only run as fast as the unrest allows.
