Description
Kühleinrichtung an dynamoelektrischen Maschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kühleinrich tung an dynamoelektrischen Maschinen.
Der Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin, eine wirksamere Leistung eines Flügelrades bestimmter Grösse zu erhalten, und dadurch eine wirksamere Kühlung der Maschine zu erzielen.
Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung wirkt ein radial oder achsial durchströmtes Flügelrad mit festen im Stator der Maschine angeord neten Leitschaufeln zusammen, die Kanäle bilden, welche sich bis zur Aussenseite der Maschine erstrecken und durch welche die Luft aus der Maschine heraus- oder in die selbe hineingeführt wird.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 teilweise einen Schnitt, teilweise eine Seitenansicht, und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt einer mit einer Kühleinrichtung versehenen dynamo-elek- trisehen Maschine.
Auf der Ankerspindel a ist in der Nähe des einen Endes des Ankers b ein mehr- flügeliges radialdurchströmtes Flügelrad c angeordnet, bei welchem die Luft in der Mitte eintritt und die Seitenkanten der Flügel durch Seitenwände d umschlossen sind.
Der benachbarte Gehäusedeckel e oder der Gehäuseteil des Stators der Maschine um den Flügelradumfang herum ist mit Kanä len f versehen, welche durch feste Leit- schaufeln g gebildet sind, die gebogen oder geneigt sind und deren Form und Anord nung so ist, dass die Luft mit einem Mini mum von Energieverlust aus der Maschine herausgeführt wird.
Die Luft tritt in das Innere der Maschine durch Öffnungen h des Stators oder des Ge häuseteils, und zwar auf dem entgegengesetz ten Ende des Flügelrades (welches Ende von einem durchlöcherten Schild i umschlossen sein kann). Die eingeführte Luft durch strömt radiale und achsiale Kanäle j, <I>7c</I> des Ankers, worauf die Luft, die zum Abführen der Ankerwärme dient, in die Mitte des Flügelrades eintritt und durch das Flügelrad durch Kanäle, welche durch die festen Leit- schaufeln gebildet sind, ausgestossen wird.
Durch die Anwendung der beschriebenen festen Leitschaufeln kann die Wirksamkeit eines Flügelrades gegebener Grösse erheblich verbessert werden, so dass eine grössere Kühl wirkung erzielt wird.
Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das beschrie bene Beispiel beschränkt, sondern kann in verschiedener Weise abgeändert werden. So kann im Falle eines radialdurchströmten Flügelrades die Luft am Umfang des Flügel rades durch die Kanäle f eintreten und von dessen Mitte in die Ankerkanäle ausgestossen werden. Im Falle eines achsial durchström ten Flügelrades wird die Luft vorzugsweise durch Kanäle, welche den Kanälen f entspre chen und durch Leitschaufeln an der benach barten Abschlusswand des Stators oder eines Gehäuseteils gebildet sind, ausgestossen oder eingeführt.

The purpose of the invention is to obtain more efficient performance of an impeller of a certain size, and thereby to achieve more efficient cooling of the machine.
According to the present invention, a radially or axially flowed impeller cooperates with fixed guide vanes arranged in the stator of the machine, which form channels that extend to the outside of the machine and through which the air is guided out of the machine or into the same.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 partially a section, partially a side view, and FIG. 2 a cross section of a dynamo-electric machine provided with a cooling device.
On the armature spindle a near one end of the armature b there is arranged a multi-vane impeller c through which the air flows radially, in which the air enters in the middle and the side edges of the vanes are enclosed by side walls d.
The adjacent housing cover e or the housing part of the stator of the machine around the impeller circumference is provided with channels f, which are formed by fixed guide vanes g, which are bent or inclined and whose shape and arrangement is such that the air with a minimum of energy loss from the machine.
The air enters the interior of the machine through openings h of the stator or the housing part, on the opposite end of the impeller (which end can be enclosed by a perforated shield i). The introduced air flows through radial and axial channels j, <I> 7c </I> of the armature, whereupon the air, which serves to dissipate the armature heat, enters the center of the impeller and through the impeller through channels which pass through the fixed Guide vanes are formed, is ejected.
By using the fixed guide vanes described, the effectiveness of an impeller of a given size can be considerably improved, so that a greater cooling effect is achieved.
The invention is not limited to the example described, but can be modified in various ways. In the case of an impeller with radial flow, the air can enter the circumference of the impeller through the channels f and be expelled from its center into the armature channels. In the case of an axially durchström th impeller, the air is preferably expelled or introduced through channels which correspond to the channels f and are formed by guide vanes on the neighboring end wall of the stator or a housing part.
