Shoe lasts for the production of asymmetrical footwear. The invention relates to a shoe last for the production of asymmetrical shoe factory. It is constructed in such a way that its outline, which is projected into a planar level of the sole of the foot containing the heads of the first and fifth metatarsal bones as well as the two calcaneal cusps, has a center line drawn through the middle between the first and fifth metatarsal heads after the end of the heel, at intersections with two straight lines,
which are drawn at a distance of about '/ 7 and about' /.4 of the total center line length from the heel end perpendicular to the said center line, have the same distance from the same on both sides of this line, and that one erected on the center line and to it the level of the sole of the foot, vertical plane, imagined the rear, upper part of the groin bisected up to about the beginning of the ridge.
In the case of the footwear produced using the new last, the result inevitably is the widening of the heel on its inside, a narrowing on its outside and an absolutely straight position of the foot. While in this way an even and symmetrical distribution of the load on the absolutely straight foot is achieved in the resting state, the cutting of the vertical plane through the middle of the rear, upper groin section through the middle of the rear, upper groin section ensures this straight position even during the walking movement .
These measures, which completely take into account the anatomy of the foot, create a last for an asymmetrical push mechanism that keeps the foot in its correct physiological position when giving and standing. The back of the foot is forced to adjust to the forefoot in the prescribed way and since the direction of movement of the foot is determined by the heel part - this is the direction for the unwinding and movement of the foot - the foot must stand up in one the new last hergestell th footwear inevitably to unwind towards the middle and occur straight.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the shoe last according to the invention. The figures show: FIG. 1 the rear part of the groin in a rear view with the corresponding skeleton parts indicated in dotted lines, FIG. 2 a view towards the inside of the last with the dotted lines indicated,
corresponding foot skeleton parts, and FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the same last with a representation of the deviation of the heel part from the previously usual shape of the sole of the foot in broken lines. The corresponding parts of the foot skeleton are also indicated by dotted lines.
It denotes rz the last, a1 its upper and rear part, a2 the ridge and a3 the plantar sole of the foot, which runs parallel to the skeletal plane a4 and into which the inguinal outline is projected. b is the straight line intersecting the middle of the lower leg c and the ankle bone d, which can be seen as the direction of action of the load.
The straight line b and the center line e of the sole of the foot form a plane perpendicular to the same, which bisects the center of the upper rear part a1 of the last up to approximately the beginning of the crest and thus enables the entire foot to be perfectly straight after the two calcaneal tuberosities <I. > f 1 and f 2 and the heads of the first and fifth metatarsals g1 and g2 lie in the plantar sole plane a3.
Fig. 1 shows that the loading direction is not symmetrical to the two calcaneus cusps f 1 and f ', but rather symmetrical to. entire heel bone f, including the heel bone socket f 3. As a result, the heel as a whole experiences such a twist in relation to the front sole part of the foot that the above-mentioned plane containing the load line b meets the heel part in half, and the heel as a whole therefore receives complete support. From Fig. 3, the type of rotation Ver is clearly visible.
The sole shape achieved is drawn in full lines, while the dashed line represents the usual outline of the sole of the foot. On the middle line e drawn from the middle of the line connecting the first to the fifth metatarsal head, i.e. the middle of the widest point on the sole of the foot after the end of the heel, about 1/7 and about 1/4 of the total length of the middle line from the heel end of perpendicular lines are drawn, which are roughly in The height of the heel bones of the foot skeleton and the front edge of the heel of the footwear produced by means of the last shown run.
On these perpendiculars, the respective total widths 7a1 and half of the heel part were plotted to the right and half to the left of the center line. In this way it is possible to distribute the load evenly and symmetrically on the supporting heel part. The hatched parts on the heel part (Fig. 3) represent the twisting, respectively. the deviation of the same compared to the usual. The further deviations from the outline compared to the unchanged front part of the foot are necessary to achieve a good transition into the twisted heel part.
The inner arching of the last, which begins in the usual way behind your head g1 of the first metatarsal bone and has ended before the beginning of the heel of the hitherto customary inguinal footwear, can be carried out up to the inner calcaneus f1 respectively. be extended.
This curved arch, which is lengthened to the rear, forms a wedge-shaped, on the inside rising, on the outside obliquely sloping boundary surface and holds the inner calcaneal tuberosity f 1 in such a way that it receives additional support from below and from the side, which also creates a safeguard against twisting of the heel inwards and the straight position, as well as keeping the foot straight when walking is supported.
The last can also be designed in such a way that the inner arch of the foot is its highest point within the vault i between the ankle head k and the navicular bone l and the outer its -highest point in the vault m < / I> below the cuboid bone 7a between the calcaneus f and the protrusion of the fifth metatarsal bone g2 '.
One finds the last-mentioned vault in, if one looks straight from the corner points 1 and 4 of the irregular rectangle I-2-3-4 (Fig. 3) delimiting the sole of the foot through the intersection points of the metatarsal head connection line and the vertical line runs along with the center line e and extends these straight lines until they intersect and then cuts from this point of intersection parallel to hl towards the outer skeleton of the foot.
Due to this position of the two vaults, the heel bone and thus the tarsus in the natural equilibrium position corresponding to the normally built human foot is additionally held straight on the two calcaneal tuberosities f 1 and f 2 and in this position the foot facilitates its movement when walking .
plane is projected and has a center line drawn through the middle between the first and fifth metatarsal heads to the end of the heel, at intersection points with two straight lines that are about 1/7 and about 1/4 of the total center line length from the end of the heel drawn from perpendicular to the mentioned center line, has the same distance from the same on both sides of this line, and that a plane erected on the center line and perpendicular to the above-mentioned sole plane bisects the rear, upper part of the groin up to approximately the beginning of the ridge.
