Description

  

      Einrichtung    an     Kaminen        bezw.        Züftungssehäehten    zur Erzeugung  von künstlichem Zug.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Einrichtung an Kaminen respektive  L     üftungsschä.chten,    mittelst welcher im Ka  min respektive     Lüftungsschacht    bei Bedarf  ein künstlicher Zug hervorgerufen werden  kann. Dieselbe besteht aus einem Windrad,  einem Elektromotor zum Antrieb des Wind  rades, der durch ein Schutzgehäuse gegen  die Einwirkung der abgesaugten Gase oder  gegen Witterungseinflüsse geschützt ist, und  aus Mitteln zum Befestigen der Einrichtung  am Ende des Kamins respektive Lüftungs  schachtes.  



  Diese Einrichtung beeinträchtigt den     na-          iürlic-hen    Zug des Kamins     bezw.        Liiftungs-          sehachtes    bei abgestelltem     Notor    nur sehr  wenig.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind  zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs  gegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Kaminaufsatz reit     Zentri-          fugalventilatorrad,    und         Fig.    2 einen Kamineinsatz mit     koachsial     zur Kaminachse angeordnetem Propeller.  



  Bei beiden Einrichtungen     sitzt;        der    Pro  peller respektive das     Zentrifugalventilator-          rad    1 auf der Welle des Elektromotors 2,  welcher seinerseits im Schutzgehäuse 3 un  tergebracht ist. Dadurch wird der Motor  gegen die Einwirkung der abgesaugten Gase  oder gegen     Witterungseinflüsse    geschützt.  Die ganze Vorrichtung ist auf einfache Art  und Weise am Kamin mittelst der Befesti  gungsmittel 4 befestigt.  



  Die Welle des in     Fig.    1 dargestellten Mo  tors kann auch bis ins Innere des     Kamins     reichen und an ihrem Ende an Stelle des       Zentrifugalventilatorrades    einen Propeller  tragen.  



  Wird der Motor in Bewegung gesetzt, so  fördert der Propeller respektive das     Zentri-          fugalventilatorrad    die Gase aus dem Innern  des Kamins respektive Lüftungsschachtes  nach aussen, unabhängig davon, wie die na-           türlichen        Zugverhältnisse    des Kamins re  spektive Lüftungsschachtes sind.

The subject matter of the present invention is a device on chimneys or ventilation shafts, by means of which an artificial draft can be created in the fireplace or ventilation shaft if necessary. The same consists of a wind turbine, an electric motor to drive the wind wheel, which is protected by a protective housing against the effects of the extracted gases or against the elements, and means for attaching the device to the end of the chimney or ventilation shaft.



  This facility affects the natural draft of the chimney resp. There is only very little notice of lifting with the notor turned off.



  In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown. It shows: FIG. 1 a chimney top mounted on a centrifugal fan wheel, and FIG. 2 a chimney insert with a propeller arranged coaxially to the chimney axis.



  Sitting at both institutions; the propeller or the centrifugal fan wheel 1 on the shaft of the electric motor 2, which in turn is housed in the protective housing 3. This protects the engine against the effects of the extracted gases or the effects of the weather. The whole device is attached to the fireplace by means of the fastening means 4 in a simple manner.



  The shaft of the Mo tor shown in Fig. 1 can also extend into the interior of the chimney and carry a propeller at its end instead of the centrifugal fan wheel.



  If the motor is set in motion, the propeller or the centrifugal fan wheel transports the gases from inside the chimney or ventilation shaft to the outside, regardless of the natural draft conditions of the chimney or ventilation shaft.

PATENT CLAIM: Equipment on chimneys or ventilation shafts, by means of which an artificial draft can be created in the chimney or ventilation shaft if necessary, consisting of a wind turbine, an electric motor to drive the wind turbine, which is protected by a protective housing against the effects of the extracted gases or the effects of the weather is protected, and means for attaching the device at the end of the chimney or ventilation shaft.
