Zaubsägevorriehtung. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Laubsägevorrichtung.
Bei den bis jetzt bekannten Laubsäge vorrichtungen, bestehend aus einem Bügel zum Einspannen des Sägeblattes, muss letz teres von Hand auf- und abwärts bewegt werden.
Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass der Hebel, an dessen Ende das Sägeblatt be festigt ist, unter dem Einfuss eines Gewichtes steht, welches den Hebel nach oben zu ziehen bestrebt ist.
Zweckmässig ist der Hebel, an welchem das Sägeblatt befestigt ist, als doppelarmiger Hebel ausgebildet, wobei am Ende des kur zen Hebelarmes ein zweiter doppelarmiger Hebel indirekt angelenkt ist, an dessen an derem Ende ein Gewicht befestigt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist in der beiliegenden Zeich nung dargestellt Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung im Aufriss, Fig. 2 zeigt den Grundriss, und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie a-b in Fig. 1.
1 ist ein Brett mit einem Ausschnitt 2 am Schmalende. 3 sind zwei Winkeleisen, welche mittelst der Schrauben 4 am Brett 1 befestigt sind und einen Support bilden. Mittelst der Niete 5 ist an diesem Support ein doppelarmiger Hebel 15 schwenkbar ge lagert, dessen langes Hebelende einen mittelst der Schraube 17 zusammenklemmbaren Schlitz 16 besitzt zum Einspannen des Sägeblattes 20. Am gleichen Support 3 ist mittelst der Niete 5' ein weiterer doppelarmiger Hebel 6 angelenkt, dessen freies Ende mit einem durch die Stifte 8 gehaltenen Gewicht 7 be lastet ist.
Der kurze Hebelarm des Hebels 15 ist durch ein Mittelstück 12 und zwei Seitenstücke 10 bei 9 gelenkig mit dem Hebel 6 verbunden. 21 ist ein Handgriff, welcher oben ebenfalls einen Schlitz zum Einspannen des untern Endes des Sägeblattes 20 und eine Flügelmutterschraube zum Fest- klammern desselben besitzt. 14 ist ein An schlag unterhalb des kurzen Hebelarmendes des Hebels 15.
Die Gebrauchsweise der beschriebenen Laubsägevorrichtung ist beispielsweise fol gende Man bringt das zu sägende Laubholz auf das Brett 1 und zieht am Griff 21 abwärts, wodurch das Gewicht 7 angehoben wird. Beim Aufhören des Zuges wird das Säge blatt unter dem Einfluss des Gewichtes 7 hochgezogen, worauf man den Hebel 15 wieder abwärts ziehen kann.
Der Vorteil dieser Vorrichtung besteht darin, dass das Sägeblatt 20 nie hinaufge stossen werden muss, wodurch das Sägen er leichtert wird und die Sägeblätter weniger leicht brechen.

The lever to which the saw blade is attached is expediently designed as a double-armed lever, with a second double-armed lever being indirectly articulated at the end of the kur zen lever arm, at the end of which a weight is attached.
An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. Fig. 1 shows the device in elevation, Fig. 2 shows the plan, and Fig. 3 shows a section along the line a-b in Fig. 1.
1 is a board with a cutout 2 at the narrow end. 3 are two angle irons which are fastened to the board 1 by means of the screws 4 and form a support. Middle of the rivet 5 is a double-armed lever 15 pivotally mounted on this support, the long lever end has a slot 16 that can be clamped together by means of the screw 17 for clamping the saw blade 20 , whose free end is burdened with a weight 7 held by the pins 8.
The short lever arm of the lever 15 is articulated to the lever 6 by a middle piece 12 and two side pieces 10 at 9. 21 is a handle which also has a slot at the top for clamping the lower end of the saw blade 20 and a wing nut screw for clamping it in place. 14 is a stop below the short end of the lever arm of the lever 15.
The use of the fretsaw device described is for example fol lowing man brings the hardwood to be sawed on the board 1 and pulls the handle 21 downwards, whereby the weight 7 is raised. When the train stops, the saw blade is pulled up under the influence of the weight 7, whereupon the lever 15 can be pulled down again.
The advantage of this device is that the saw blade 20 never has to be pushed up, which makes sawing easier and the saw blades break less easily.
