Torrichtung zum Staubsaugen und Klopfen. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vor richtung zum Staubsaugen und Klopfen, welehe an die Sauigleitung .eines Staubs:aug- apparates angeschlossen und durch einen be sonderen Elektromotor angetrieben wird.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist bei der Vor richtung der in senkrechter Richtung abge flachte Antriebsmotor und die Klopfwelle ge meinsam in einem Gehäuse angeordnet, wel ches eine niedrige glatte und flache Form besitzt, und dessen Antriebs- bezw. Motor raum durch eine Zwischenwand vom Saug raum getrennt ist.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt das Ausführungsbeispiel im Vertikalschnitt, wobei der besseren Übersicht wegen nur die wichtigsten Wandungen des Gehäuses geschnitten sind; Fig. 2 zeigt die Vorriehtung von oben ge sehen, teilweise im Schnitt gezeichnet.
Die Vorrichtung besteht aus dem de- häuse 22, in welchem der abgeflachte An triebsmotor 13 mit seiner Welle 14 hinter der Klopfwelle 1, mit ihr parallel und in einer horizontalen oder nahezu horizontalen Ebene angeordnet ist. Durch eine Zwischen wand 15 wird der Antriebs- bezw. Motor raum 23 von dem Saugraum 16 getrennt. Die Saugleitung 17, welche vom .Saugraum 16 zur Saugleitung 21 des Staubsaugappara- tes führt, ist seitlich vom Motor 13 und bei spielsweise oberhalb der Motorwelle 14 an geordnet.
Beim dargestellten Ausführungs beispiel ist die Saugleitung 17 gabelförmig gestaltet, jedoch kann sie auch aus nur einem Kanal bestehen und gewünschtenfalls unter halb der Motorwelle angeordnet sein.
Bei den Stellen 17' der beispielsweise ge- gabelten Saugleitung ist ein Gelenkstück 18 angeschlossen, das wie in Fig. 1 gestrichelt dargestellt, schwenkbar ist. Das Gehäuse der Vorrichtung ist auch für andere motorisch betriebene Klopf- oder Reinigungsvorrich tungen verwendbar. Von der Motorwelle 14 aus wird die mit Riemenscheiben 9 versehene Klopfwelle 1 mittelst der Riemen 24 gleichmässig von zwei Seiten angetrieben, wobei sich Riemen und Riemenscheiben, ebenso wie die Motorlager, ausserhalb des Staubluftbereiches befinden.
Die Laufrollen 19 und 20 können in der Höhe verstellbar sein.
Die Vorrichtung gestattet ihrer flachen und glatten niedrigen Form wegen auch ein Reinigen von Teppichen unter niedrigen Mä- beln und eine verhältnismässig einfache und billige Herstellung und Montage.
