Device for heating up the gasification burner of a cooker or a blowtorch. The invention relates to a device for heating up the gasification burner of a cooker or a blowtorch.
Instead of the previously usual use of alcohol to heat stoves and the like has already been proposed to use the same fuel to heat the Ver gasification burner as it is intended to operate the gasification burner and part of this fuel with from the top Part of the fuel tank extracted compressed air to atomize.
In the known devices for heating, which work in the specified manner, drips the fuel used for heating be in a shell mounted below the actual gasification burner and is here by the compressed air taken from the fuel tank, the compressed air through a the exhaust valve housing connected to the compressed air line. The invention consists in that the heating-up burner branches off from an intermediate piece that can be screwed onto the filler neck of the fuel container of the cooker or the blowtorch.
In this way, it is possible to make the heating burner for yourself and screw it up on the filler neck of the fuel tank of the cooker or the blowtorch as required.
In the drawing, a device for heating according to the invention is shown in example.
Fig. 1 shows the device for heating on a stove; Fig. 2 shows the heating device on a larger scale ver in section.
The container for the liquid fuel and the compressed air, which is generated by means of a pump 4, is designated by 1. A riser pipe 7 leads from the container bottom to the gasification burner 6, 9, 10, which can be shut off from the riser pipe 7 by a valve 11 with a spindle 13. At the edge of the loading container 1 is a filler neck 3, which is closed by a lid 3 'who can.
Instead of the lid 3 ', an inter mediate piece 26 is screwed onto the filler neck, which is itself formed as a filler neck and is closed by the cover 3' ver. The actual heating burner 27 branches off from this intermediate piece. Fuel is fed to it through a pipe 28 and compressed air through one or more channels 29. The atomized fuel passes through the channel 18 and through the opening 22 in the lid 20 .aus, where it is ignited.
Since the channel 18 and the opening 20 are out of the center of the nozzle 27, the heating burner can be closed by simply turning the cover 20 by means of the handle 21. In order to collect and hold the contact flame together, a cylinder 24 provided with two feet 25 is detachably attached to the heating burner 27.
The device described works in the following way: First, the valve 11 is closed and the cover 20 is rotated by means of the handle 21 so that the channel 18 is opened through the opening 2, 2. If air is then pumped into the container 1 by means of the air pump 4, a mixture of lightly atomized fuel flows out of the opening 20, which, when ignited, forms a flame that is inclined upwards towards the burner 6, 9, 10, which heats the gasification burner.
If this has reached the temperature required for gasifying the fuel, the valve 11 is opened and the fuel rises into the burner. As soon as a gas flame forms over the burner 6, 9, 10, the cover 20 of the heating burner is rotated, where it goes out while the gasification in the burner 6, 9, 10 continues.
