Elastischer Stuhl.

Resilient chair. The subject of the present invention is an elastic chair, which is characterized in its novelty in that in the seat and in the backrest extending, strip-like, elastic support plates are arranged one behind the other, which frame the chair laterally by means of elastic organs so freely resilient are attached so that when the chair is loaded, a trough is formed that runs over the entire chair and ensures that it nestles against the body shape,
wherein the support plate of the seat pad swings freely along its entire length over the lower ver laid base strips and forms a resilient seat edge at the front.
The support plates can consist of two or more parallel parts (Strei fen or the like). Seat and back suspension can also be designed as separate units.
The support plate located in the backrest can be held in a plane lying in front of the backrest frame by the elastic organs attached to the living bars. The support plate of the backrest can also be attached to the rails by means of elastic members, omitting the upper rail connecting strip.
The backrest poister can be connected either permanently or separably to a back tensioning part, the latter being easily removable on the rear side of the chair frame, for example by means of snaps or the like.
For the sake of punishment, resp. Formge environment of the upper backrest pad edge can be attached to the inside of the back tensioning part an ela-elastic lamella (steel band or the like); which joins the movement of the back suspension.
This lamella finds its lateral resistance, respectively. their guidance, for example, in recesses provided with cover plates or the like in the bars, whereby in the event of overstressing of the backrest, the slat can be prevented from sliding out of the recesses by using the mentioned cover plates with lateral cranks, flanges or the like provides on which lateral bends provided on the lamella .abstützen.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown diagrammatically in several exemplary embodiments, namely: Fig. 1 shows a chair frame .des first example, in which seat and backrest support plates form a uniform whole over .the whole chair, while it is stretching in a similar example according to FIG. 2, the seat and backrest suspensions represent separate units.
In both cases "are front and rear freely held by swinging seat pads and my level in front of the backrest frame back supports can be seen; Fig. 3 shows a back cushion of a further example in connection with a back tensioning part and a shape-retaining lamella, Fig. 4 shows this back upholstery Chair frame,
and FIG. 5 shows a detail of this.
a denotes the seat frame, b and c - the lower-lying base strips - of the seat frame a, d the backrest pillars, f: the elastic support plate of the Seat support, which is suspended from the upper part of the seat frame a by means of the elastic organs g (tension springs or the same). h denotes the .elastic support plate of the backrest, which by means of the elastic organs k and combined elastic organs m, n. hangs on the backrest and is held in a plane lying in front of the backrest frame.
Fig. 1 shows- these elastic organs, be standing from leaf springs k, and the com-bined elastic organs, each. consisting of a short leaf spring m and a tension spring n, as well as the support plates f and h,
by means of the springs o elastically connected -öd-er .sich in a train- in the seat and backrest extending one behind the other. Fig. 2 shows the upper gante of the support plate h omitting the top. Holmen connecting strip e, by means of elastic organ l with the. Connected at the top of the spars d .
The Rücklehnpolzter p of the chair is according to Fig. 3 to 5 equal to the back tension part q either fixed or separable verbun the, and the latter is attached to the rear side s of the chair frame by means of pressure buttons or the like: easily removable.
On the inside of the back tensioning part q is to keep it taut, respectively. Shaping of the upper backrest upholstery edge an elastic lamella z (steel band or the like) is provided, which participates in the movement of the backrest suspension m, the lamella being guided in the recesses v provided with cover plates u in the spars d and against a,
Complete sliding out of the recesses v. is ensured by the fact that the grooves y of the lamella z are supported on grooves x of the cover plates 2a. This fastening of the backrest upholstery has, in addition to being easy to remove, the advantage that it grants the play of the backrest suspension great freedom of movement.
