Description
Wechselstromerzeuger. Bei Wechselstromerzeugern wird oft ver langt, dass die Klemmenspannung genaue Sinusform aufweist. Dies wird erfindungs gemäss dadurch erreicht, dass die Polschuhe, von denen ein jeder zwei ungleich lange Bogenkanten besitzt, und dabei die gleich geformten Polschuhe der Nachbarpole um 180 gegeneinander verdreht erscheinen, wenigstens annähernd eine sinusförmige Umgrenzungslinie besitzen.
Die beiliegende schematische Zeichnung zeigt den Erfindungsgegenstand in zwei Ausführungsbeispielen. Die Fig. 1 zeigt in Draufsicht Polschuhe 1 mit ungleich langen Polbögen 2 und 3. Die Umgrenzungslinie des Polschuhes ist sinusförmig, oder wenigstens annähernd sinusförmig. Die nebeneinander liegenden Polschuhe sind um<B>180'</B> gegen einander verdreht. Die Spannungskurve, die in einem Leiter einer Nut durch eine solche Polschuhform erzeugt wird, besitzt genau dieselbe Form (Fig. 2) wie der Polschuh. Die Polkerne können symmetrisch zur Ebene durch alle Polaxen ausgebildet sein oder ebenfalls wenigstens annähernd Sinusform besitzen.
Eine Ausführungsform mit Klauen- ma.gnetpolen ist in den Fig. 8 bis 5 dar gestellt, und zwar in Seiten-, in Vorder- und in Draufsicht. 5 und 6 sind die abwechselnd von rechts nach links und von links nach rechts (Fig. 8) übergreifenden Klauen, wel che die Polschuhe bilden und annähernd sinusförmig ausgebildet sind. 7 ist die Er regerwicklung. Diese Ausführungsform eig net sich besonders für hochtourige Genera toren, da die gezeigte Polschuhform bei auf tretenden Fliehkräften sehr niedrige Bean spruchungen ergibt.
Um in der Sinusform der Feldkurve keine Diskontinuität zu erhalten, die Anlass zu Oberschwingungen in der Spannungs kurve geben könnte, wird vorteilhaft die Länge der Basiskante 2 (Fig. 1) gleich der Polteilung bemesse..
Alternator. In the case of alternators, it is often required that the terminal voltage has an exact sinusoidal shape. The accompanying schematic drawing shows the subject matter of the invention in two exemplary embodiments. 1 shows a plan view of pole shoes 1 with pole arcs 2 and 3 of unequal length. The boundary line of the pole shoe is sinusoidal, or at least approximately sinusoidal. The pole pieces lying next to each other are twisted by <B> 180 '</B> against each other. The voltage curve that is generated in a conductor of a slot by such a pole piece shape has exactly the same shape (FIG. 2) as the pole piece. The pole cores can be designed symmetrically to the plane through all polaxes or also have an at least approximately sinusoidal shape.
An embodiment with Klauen- ma.gnetpolen is shown in FIGS. 8 to 5, namely in side, in front and in plan view. 5 and 6 are the alternately from right to left and from left to right (Fig. 8) overlapping claws, wel che form the pole pieces and are approximately sinusoidal. 7 is the excitation winding. This embodiment is particularly suitable for high-speed generators, since the pole shoe shape shown results in very low stresses when centrifugal forces occur.
In order not to have any discontinuity in the sinusoidal shape of the field curve which could give rise to harmonics in the voltage curve, the length of the base edge 2 (Fig. 1) is advantageously dimensioned to be equal to the pole pitch.
