Description

Flaches Radiatorglied.

Flat radiator member. The present invention is a flat radiator member which is suitable for arrangement on a wall and is provided with a plurality of pillars. The invention consists in .that the individual columns are delimited by flat surfaces.

An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.

1 shows a cross-section through two radiator elements lined up next to one another; Fig. 2 shows in a cross section a somewhat different embodiment of a column of the radiator member.

The individual columns 1. The radiator member are connected to each other by cross tubes 2 above and below. Each column 1 has a vertical face 3 and flat side faces 4, 5 which meet at an obtuse angle at 6 in the central plane of the radiator element.

The end faces 3 of the columns can be set back in relation to the tubes 2 in order to achieve a better effect, as FIG. 2 shows. The radiator element described has the advantage that it has a very simple shape.

That is why the fabrication with regard to mold and core production offers significant advantages over the known models, in particular because the side surfaces of the pillars are flat and meet at an obtuse angle, which in the known models is oval. Column cross-section is not the case.

In addition, the columns are very stable due to their hexagonal cross-section. In particular, however, the arrangement is relatively broader. Front surfaces and inclined side surfaces, which do not allow any perpendicular radiation in the longitudinal direction of the radiator element, very effective.
