Description

  

      Verschlusskapsel    für     Flasehen,    Gläser und andere Gefässe.    Die Durchmesser und Rundungen von  Flaschenhälsen, Gläsern, Büchsen und an  deren Gefässen sind für ein und denselben  Gefässtyp nicht immer ganz gleich, weshalb  es schwierig ist, mechanisch hergestellte     Ver-          schlusskapseln    diesen Ungleichmässigkeiten  anzupassen.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung will  diesem Übelstande abhelfen und bezieht sich  auf eine     Verschlusskapsel    für Flaschen, Gläser,  Büchsen und andere Gefässe, bei welcher die  Gefässmündung abwärts übergreifende Kapsel  teile schräg nach aussen zu verlaufen.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Draufsicht auf die     Verschluss-          kapsel,          Fig.    2 eine Seitenansicht nach     Fig.    1,       Fig.    3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-B     von     Fig.    1,       Fig.    4 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     C-D     von     Fig.    1,         Fig.    5 eine perspektivische Ansicht der*       Verschlusskapsel,

            Fig.    6 dieselbe in Anwendung.  



  Auf der Zeichnung bedeutet 1 den als  Kapsel ausgebildeten     Verschlussdeckel,    wäh  rend 1' die Gefässmündung abwärts über  greifende, schräg nach aussen zu verlaufende       Kapselrandteile    darstellen.  



  Die Laschen 2 sind     trapezförmig    und  federnd am Rande der Kapsel angeordnet.  Sie haben die Kapsel mit ihren nach innen  umgebogenen Enden 2' an einer Wulst des  Gefässes festzuhalten. An einer der federnden  Laschen 2 ist ein Griffstück 3     angelenkt.     4 veranschaulicht die im Innern des     Ver-          schlussdeckels    1 untergebrachte Dichtungs  scheibe.  



  Um einerseits die Stabilität der     Verschluss-          kapsel    und anderseits die Federung und folg  lich auch das Dichtungsvermögen derselben  zu erhöhen, weisen der     Verschlussdeckel    1  und die Laschen 2 Rippen 5 auf, während  am     Verschlussdeckel    1 Rillen 6 angeordnet  sind.      Die Laschen können auch mehr als eine  Rippe aufweisen.

The diameters and curves of bottle necks, glasses, cans and their vessels are not always exactly the same for one and the same type of vessel, which is why it is difficult to adapt mechanically manufactured caps to these irregularities.



  The present invention aims to remedy this drawback and relates to a closure capsule for bottles, glasses, cans and other vessels, in which the vessel mouth downwardly overlapping capsule parts to extend obliquely outward.



  The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a plan view of the closure capsule, FIG. 2 shows a side view according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along line AB of FIG FIG. 4 shows a section along the line CD from FIG. 1, FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of the closure capsule,

            6 the same in use.



  In the drawing, 1 denotes the cap designed as a capsule, while 1 'represent the vessel mouth downwards over cross, obliquely outwardly extending capsule edge parts.



  The tabs 2 are trapezoidal and resiliently arranged on the edge of the capsule. You have to hold the capsule with its inwardly bent ends 2 'on a bead of the vessel. A handle 3 is articulated to one of the resilient tabs 2. 4 illustrates the sealing disk accommodated in the interior of the closure cover 1.



  In order to increase the stability of the closure capsule on the one hand and the resilience and consequently also the sealing capacity of the same, the closure cap 1 and the tabs 2 have ribs 5, while grooves 6 are arranged on the closure cap 1. The tabs can also have more than one rib.

Claims

CLAIM OF THE PATENT: Closure capsule for bottles, glasses and other vessels, characterized in that the edge portions of the cap, which encompass the mouth of the vessel downwards, run obliquely outwards.

SUB-CLAIMS 1. Closure capsule according to claim, on the edge of which resilient tabs are provided at intervals from one another, which have to hold the closure capsule intended for covering the vessel mouth firmly on a bead of the vessel, characterized in that the resilient tabs are trapezoidal and that at least one a handle is linked to the tabs. 2. Closure capsule according to patent claim, characterized in that the closure cover has at least one groove.

3. Closure capsule according to claim, characterized in that it has at least one rib. 4. Closure capsule according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the tabs each have at least one rib.
