Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes sind in den Figuren dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt den Rotor eines Drehkonden sators mit drei Blechpaketen; Fig. 2 zeigt eines der Rotorbleche; Fig. 3 zeigt ein Statorblechpaket, und Fig. 4 ein einzelnes Statorblech; die Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen im Aufriss und Grundriss ein Kondensatorpaket mit Bolzen aus keramischem Stoff;
Process for the production of electrical plate capacitors. The individual sheets of plate capacitors, in particular of rotary capacitors, are usually attached to their axis or other supporting elements by soldering or overmolding with injection molding. The metal sheets have already been attached by providing them with openings, the edge lines of which run after a turn of a spiral, and they are pushed onto the axis, which has a corresponding cross-section. In this case, however, after the sheets have been pushed on, they must be rotated against the axis by a further operation so that they are firmly seated. 3lan has already proposed.
A kan term, preferably corrugated axle press into the bore of the rotor plates. However, the edges of the axle cause the material of the plates to be crushed.
A much simpler fastening method is obtained according to the invention in that the plates are connected to one another by at least one means that is brought into the plate openings by relative displacement between the connecting means and plates in the direction of the axis of the connecting means and that the openings are made in the plates so much smaller than the cross-section of the connecting means that the only noticeable change in shape when moving is only an expansion of the plate openings and the plates are stuck on the connecting means after the relative displacement.
Embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the figures. Fig. 1 shows the rotor of a rotary capacitor with three laminated cores; Fig. 2 shows one of the rotor laminations; FIG. 3 shows a stator lamination packet, and FIG. 4 shows a single stator lamination; FIGS. 5 and 6 show in elevation and plan a capacitor pack with bolts made of ceramic material;
7 shows a metallized insulating bolt, and o FIG. 8 shows a capacitor assembled with such a bolt.
In Fig. 1, a denotes the axis of rotation and 5 denotes the rotor laminations. The axis has a circular cross-section. Their diameter is a little larger than the diameter of the holes c in the metal sheets before the slide.
Using spacers between the sheets, either the sheets are pushed onto the axle with a sheet metal punch or the axles are pushed into the sheets. The holes widen a little so that they hold onto the axle in a springy manner without any further fastening measures. On the side of the hole c located after the actual plate of the sheet metal, a recess d (see FIG. 2) is provided in the sheet metal, so that the wall of the hole c can better spring on when the axle is inserted.
In the same way as on the axis, the red sheets are also connected with the pins e, which are used to maintain the correct plate spacing on the outer circumference of the sheets. Here, too, the holes f are slightly smaller than the cross-section of the pin before the pins are inserted.
For the sake of simplicity, when manufacturing multiple capacitors with several laminated stacks, a single pin e reaching over all the laminated stacks is pushed through the laminated stacks or vice versa, several laminated stacks are lined up on one pin and then the free pieces are cut out between adjacent laminated stacks, after .the sheets assume the correct position in relation to the connecting means.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, g denotes the stator plates and lz denotes the fastening bolts. These bolts are also inserted into holes i, which have a smaller diameter than the bolts before insertion. The difference between the bolt and the hole diameter before insertion is around 0.075 mm when using brass sheets.
So that the axis or the bolts can be easily inserted into the sheet metal, it is advisable to use bolts that have a longitudinal cut, for example bolts made of drawn material or rotated or rounded cylinders. whose rotary joint has been removed. The axis or the bolts can also be provided with longitudinal slots or grooves, which are used to guide the sheets during insertion and ensure a good connection between the sheets and the axis. However, such irregularities of the axis are not absolutely necessary for holding the sheets in place.
It is completely sufficient if the axle or the rollers have a completely smooth, for example cylindrical, surface and the metal sheets have circular fastening openings.
If you want to avoid that the sheets have to be pushed over an excessive length of the axis or the bolts in an expanded state, the axis or the bolts can also be made conical, so that the sheets only widen on the last part of their insertion path. However, such a conical design is not necessary. The sheets also hold on to cylindrical axles and bolts.
Instead of bolts with a circular cross-section, you can also choose others, for example those with oval or similar cross-sections.
The axis or the fastening bolts can also consist of several parts, one of which acts as a longitudinal wedge and expands the metal sheets when pushed in.
The subject matter of the invention can also be carried out. with bolts made of insulating material. Despite. Since there are considerable mechanical tensions between the plates and the fastening means after they have been pressed on, it has been shown that the plates have a reliable and secure hold even when using insulating bolts, in particular those made of ceramic material.
A stator package manufactured in this way is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. In these figures, k denote the stationary metal sheets. These sheets have holes na, with which they are pressed onto two bolts n made of ceramic material. Before pressing on, the holes are a little smaller than the diameter of the bolts, so that the metal sheets hold onto the bolts by themselves after pressing.
The ends of the bolts n are inserted into the plates o so that the entire rotor package is kept insulated without the use of special feet.
A metal strip p is used to supply power to the metal sheets k, which is pressed in at the same time as the metal sheets are pressed onto one bolt n. The metal strip p is soldered to the cable eyelet q .
Instead of a metal strip to be pressed in, you can also use metallized bolts for pressing in at one or more points. Such a bolt can be seen from FIG. The bolt r consists of ceramic material and is metallized in its middle part at s and at its ends at t. According to FIG. 8, the metal sheets 2c are pressed onto the bolts r. The metalization s means that the plates are connected to one another in a metallic manner.
The metallized ends t of the bolts are soldered into the frame wall v a. w is a power connection for the stator laminations.
