Sheet feeding device, in particular for office printing machines. The invention relates to a sheet feed device, in particular for office printing machines, with a back and forth moved, corresponding to the sheet removal lower the sheet pusher through which the Schaltvor direction for lifting the sheet pile table is actuated according to the sheet acceptance.
In the known sheet feeder vorriehtungen of the type mentioned, although when the stack of sheets decreases by the pivoted sheet pusher BEZW. whose support arm also actuates the switching device to lift the stack of sheets, but a special hitch and several rods and levers are used ver.
According to the invention, the known device of this type is thereby considerably simplified and made cheaper. that the sheet pusher directly controls the switching mechanism for moving the stacking table, in that the sheet pusher is fixed on the visual axis of the sheet pusher. connected lever arm is attached to a switching tooth and the switching arm for the switching mechanism for lifting the stacking table is mounted in such a way that .beim swiveling the sheet slide about the axis as the sheet stack decreases, the switching tooth comes into engagement with the switching arm during the backward movement of the sheet slide and operated this.
In this way, the above-mentioned sheet feeders. Much simpler, cheaper and safer in their design, which is particularly important for office printing machines.
For the correct setting of the working height of the table and thus the upper paper layer when inserting the paper stack, a scanning device can be arranged depending on the feed roller, which is triggered when the correct height of the paper stack is reached, and in turn the feed roller in Arbeitsstel ment brings. Furthermore, an automatic triggering of the electric motor driving the machine can be provided when the stacking table automatically falls down in a known manner when the paper stack is removed accordingly, in order to be able to be reloaded.
Finally, a control of the stowage flaps can expediently be provided, which are used to achieve the same head height during printing, and which are folded over with each working stroke of the machine in order to allow the sheet of paper to pass through.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated for example. It shows: FIG. 1 a side view of the machine without the automatic height adjustment, FIG. 2 a machine with automatic height adjustment in the working position, FIG. 3 the machine according to FIG. 2 in the loading position, FIG. 4 the control device for the storage flaps.
The sheet stacking table 10 (FIG. 1) is attached to guide rails 2 and 3, which are connected by a bracket 4. These guide rails 2, 3 are arranged in the guides 5, 6 provided on both sides of the machine frame is not provided on the drawing and can be easily moved up and down. The two guide rails 2, 3 are provided on part of their front face at 7 with teeth, in the gears 8, 9 engage. These gears 8, 9 are firmly seated on an axle 1 mounted in the machine frame.
On this axis 1 sits, also firmly connected to it, a gear 11 in which a gear 12 engages. This gear 12 is firmly connected to the switching gear 13 and rotatable with this on the pin 14 attached to one side of the machine frame les. Irrespective of this, the angle lever 15 is rotatably arranged on the pin 14; his shift pawl 16 engages the teeth of the shift gear 13.
The gear 19, to which a crank pin 20 is attached, makes one rotation with every work cycle of the printing machine and, by means of the pull rod 21 articulated on the crank pin 20, gives the pair of rocking levers 2 ?, 23, which can be rotated on both sides in the machine frame mounted axis 24, as well as connected by the axis 26, a pivoting movement.
Here, the pull rod 21 engages the pin 25. On the axis 26 connecting the upper end of the swing arms 22, 23, by means of the support arms 27, 28, which can be pivoted about the axis 26, there is a known sheet feed roller 29 which is provided with a freewheeling device and is locked during the sheet feed movement, on the other hand on the way back on the paper stack arranged. The parts 26 to 29 together form the curved slide mentioned at the beginning. The support arms 27, 28 are rotatably seated on the axis 26. Sitting on the support arm 2.7, firmly connected with it, the lever arm 31, at the outer end of which a switching tooth 32 is pivotably supported by a small amount.
When removing the stack of sheets, the feed roller 29 lowers, the lever arm 31 makes the rotation of the support arms 97, 28 with. On the way back of the feed roller, the switching tooth 32 engages behind the nose 33 of the Win angle lever 15. This causes the angle lever 15 to pivot in the direction of arrow 34, the pawl 16, which engages with the teeth of the ratchet wheel 13, switches this ratchet wheel. With the mediation of the gears 1 ?, 11, 9 and 8, the stacking table is thereby switched higher.
The feed roller 29 is thereby raised, and during the next operation, the switching tooth 32 slides ineffectively under the nose 33 of the angle lever 15 through. The angle lever 15 is pivoted backwards in the position shown in the drawing by a spring, not shown, after each work stroke. The switching tooth 3, 2 swings slightly upwards when it engages with the nose 33, so that it swivels the angle lever 15 sufficiently far for the stacking table to be switched sufficiently. Due to the rotary movement of the angle lever 15, the switching tooth 32 automatically slides out of engagement with the nose 33 of the angle lever 15 again.
A locking pawl 35 engages in the teeth of the shift gear wheel 13 and thereby prevents this wheel 13 from rotating backwards.
Another embodiment of the subject invention He is shown in Figs. As can be seen from Fig. 3, be the sheet stacking table 10, which is attached to guide rails 2 and 3, in .einer lowest position. In order not to have to rely on a sense of proportion for the height of the stack of paper to be placed on which the proper work depends, a scanning device is provided in connection with the sheet feed roller 29.
This scanning device has a roller 36 which is seated on an angle lever 38 which is rotatable about the point 37 and whose part 39 cooperates with a pin 40 which is located on the bush 30 fixedly on the axis 26 angeord.
For the commissioning of the device, the feed roller 29 is raised (see FIG. 3) until the lever arm 39 comes into engagement with the pin 40. Now he follows the placing of the paper stack on the table 10, specifically at such a height that the paper stack reaches right up to the roller 36. Now the table is switched upwards until the topmost paper layer lifts the roller 36, whereby the lever arm 39 comes out of engagement with the pin 40, which has the consequence that the advance lifting roller 29 under the action of its weight on the Paper hangs up.
In this way, it is possible to achieve the exact setting of the topmost paper layer in the height required for proper operation of the machine.
Now the machine starts working and can continue. are processed until the existing stack of paper is processed up to a previously adjustable height. If this is reached, the stacking table 10 automatically returns to its loading position in a known manner. The automatic switch-off of the drive motor for the machine is connected to this table return. For this purpose, the lever 41 is seen before, on which at 42 a J3ebelteil 43 is articulated.
The device here is such that the rack 2, 3, which is used to transport the table, carries a stop 44 which, when the table is switched up (see FIG. 2), swings the lever part 43 out, but the lever part 41 in the rest position leaves. Only when going down the stacking table 10 (see Fig. 3) the lever part 43 is turned over until it is aligned with the lever part 41 and takes the lever part 41 with the further downward gear by means of the stop 45, so that the water rotates around its fixed point 46 and with its outer end the switch 47 lifts, which then switches off the current for the drive motor.
To operate the baffle flaps 48, which monitor the passage of paper, a device is used, which consists of the lifting rod 49 and the pin 50 located on it, which as a result of the eccentric movement of one end of the lifting rod 49 temporarily acts on the lever 51, which in turn again through the Shaft 52, the flaps 48 around.
