Description
Thermosflasche.
Thermos. The purpose of the present invention is to form a thai surface in such a way that it does not break when it is dropped on the floor.
According to the present invention, the thermos bottle is therefore provided with a rubber stocking fitted onto the outside of the glass body.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are represented by elevations, some of which are drawn in section.
In the example according to FIG. 1, the hemispherically curved base 1 of the glass body 22 of the bottle has a protective cap 3 pushed over, for example made of sheet metal, with a base plate 4 underneath, serving as a reinforcement. A rubber sock 5 is placed over the glass body, protective cap and reinforcement base plate , the bottle neck, belly and bottom of the glass body, as well as the protective cap including the base plate edge, as precisely as possible.
This rubber stocking is tight on its inside with warts 6 be sets and on its outside with ribs 7 running in a helix. As a very elastic cover is created by ge, which is supposed to prevent breakage of the glass body when the flan is dropped on the hard floor .
In the embodiment of Fig. 2, the rubber stocking 8 is densely occupied on the inside with warts, on the outside there against smooth-walled and surrounded by a sheet metal jacket 9 with false bottom. The rubber stocking hugs this flat bottom and a rubber washer 10 is inserted between the curved bottom of the glass body and the flat Bo of the stocking. In order to be able to bring the sheet metal jacket on, the same is formed in three parts.
