Waschverfahren und Vorrichtung zum Durchführen desselben. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Waschverfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung desselben. Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass in den zur Aufnahme der Wäsche und der Wasch- oder Bleichflüssig keit dienenden Kochkessel Luft in feiner Verteilung eingeführt wird, und zwar so, dass die Luft die Wäsche durchsetzen muss und eine Zirkulation der Wasch- oder Bleich flüssigkeit herbeiführt. Die ebenfalls Gegen stand der Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen an ein mit- telst Elektromotor angetriebenes Gebläse an geschlossenen Luftverteiler, der im Wäsche kochkessel angeordnet ist.
Der Luftverteiler bewirkt, dass die eintretende Luft in feinen Strahlen in die Lauge unter der Wäsche austritt.
In der Zeichnung ist schematisch ein Aus führungsbeispiel des neuen Waschapparates dargestellt.
In einem an sich bekannten, beheizbaren Wäschekessel 1 ist ein dem Wäschekessel 1 entsprechend geformter, mit Luftaustritts- öffnungen versehener, hohler Blecbkörper 2 lose gelegt. Letzterer ist mit einem zentralen Steigrohr 4 und einer Leitung 5 an ein Ge bläse 6 angeschlossen, das. mittelst eines Elektromotors 7 angetrieben wird. Das Ge bläse 6 treibt die Luft in den Verteiler. Die Luft tritt in feinen Blasen aus dem Vertei ler 2 und durchsetzt hierauf die im Wasch kessel 1 befindliche Wäsche und Lauge.
Die mit der Luft nach oben mitgerissene Lauge wird von einem Teller 8 aufgefangen und rieselt von letzterem wieder auf die Wäsche zurück. Um der Luft Bleichmittel, Desin fektionsmittel usw. zusetzen zu können, ist dem Gebläse 6 ein Zusatzapparat 9 vorge schaltet, durch welchen hindurch die Luft angesaugt werden kanir, wobei die Luft dann Bleichmittel oder Desinfektionsmittel mit an saugt. Die Bleichmittel etc. könnten auch in der Weise in den Kessel 1 eingeführt werden, dass die in der Leitung 5 zugeführte Druckluft injektorartig die Bleichmittel mit ansaugt.
Es kann eine Einrichtung vorge sehen sein, welche ermöglicht, die Luft vor- zuwärmen. Die austretende Luft durchsetzt das Gewebe und führt gleichzeitig auch Lage änderungen der Wäsche im Kessel herbei, so dass die Lauge usw. Zutritt zu allen Stel len der Wäsche erhält, und die Unreinheiten aus dem Gewebe ausgeschwemmt werden. Der Motor selbst wird vorteilhaft zusammen mit dem Gebläse in ein Gehäuse aus elek trisch isolierendem Material eingebaut.
Bei neuen, als Waschmaschinen ausge bauten Vorrichtungen ist der Luftverteiler 2 und das Steigrohr zweckmässig mit dem Kes sel fest verbunden.

In a known, heatable laundry kettle 1, a hollow sheet metal body 2 which is shaped correspondingly to the laundry kettle 1 and provided with air outlet openings is loosely placed. The latter is connected with a central riser pipe 4 and a line 5 to a blower 6 which is driven by means of an electric motor 7. The Ge blower 6 drives the air into the manifold. The air emerges in fine bubbles from the distributor 2 and then penetrates the laundry and lye in the washing boiler 1.
The lye that is entrained with the air upwards is caught by a plate 8 and trickles back onto the laundry from the latter. In order to be able to add bleach, disinfectant, etc. to the air, the fan 6 is an auxiliary device 9 upstream, through which the air can be sucked in, the air then sucking bleach or disinfectant with. The bleaching agents etc. could also be introduced into the boiler 1 in such a way that the compressed air supplied in the line 5 also sucks in the bleaching agent like an injector.
A device can be provided which enables the air to be preheated. The exiting air penetrates the fabric and at the same time changes the position of the laundry in the kettle, so that the lye etc. has access to all points of the laundry and the impurities are flushed out of the fabric. The motor itself is advantageously installed together with the fan in a housing made of electrically insulating material.
In the case of new devices constructed as washing machines, the air distributor 2 and the riser pipe are appropriately firmly connected to the boiler.
