Description

  

  Verschluss für Blechgefässe.    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss  für Blechgefässe, der aus einer in einen Lap  pen auslaufenden Blechscheibe besteht, an  dessen Ende ein Ring angeordnet ist. Der  auslaufende Lappen ist derart auf die Blech  scheibe zurückgebogen und der Drahtring  kann derart einwärts geschwenkt werden,     da.ss     Lappen und Drahtring innerhalb der Fläche  der Blechscheibe liegen.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.  



       Fig.    l stellt einen senkrechten Schnitt  durch den Verschluss dar;       Fig.    ? ist eine Draufsicht.  



  1 ist der Boden des Blechgefässes, in wel  chem sich eine Öffnung 2 befindet, welche  durch eine aufzulötende Blechscheibe 3 von  kreisrunder Form verschlossen ist. Von dem  Rande der Blechscheibe 3 geht ein auslaufen  der Lappen 4 aus, welcher bei 8 auf die  Blechscheibe 3 zurückgebogen ist. Das an-         dere    Ende 7 des Lappens     .1    ist derart zurück  gebogen und auf dem Lappen 4 festgelötet,  dass eine Öse 5 gebildet ist, in welcher der  Drahtring 6 drehbar     befestigt    ist. Der Draht  ring 6 ist in der gezeichneten Lage nach ein  wärts geschwenkt, so     da.ss    der Lappen 4 und  der Drahtring 6     innerhalb    der Fläche der  Blechscheibe 3 liegen und nicht über den  Umfang der Blechscheibe 3 hinausragen.  



  Der Vorteil dieser Anordnung besteht  darin, dass die Blechscheibe 3 in bequemer  Weise vermittelst eines Lötautomaten auf  den Boden 1 des Blechgefässes über der Öff  nung 2 aufgelötet werden kann, da keine den  Lötvorgang behindernden Teile über den  Umfang der Blechscheibe 3 hinausragen.  



  Der beschriebene Verschluss ermöglicht  ein bequemes Öffnen des Blechbehälters, in  dem am Ring 6 gezogen wird, woraufhin der  Lappen 4 ebenfalls in die Höhe gezogen wird  und schliesslich die leicht aufgelötete Scheibe  3 abgerissen     wird.

  1 is the bottom of the sheet metal vessel, in wel chem there is an opening 2 which is closed by a sheet metal disc 3 of circular shape to be soldered on. From the edge of the sheet metal disk 3, the tabs 4 run out and are bent back onto the sheet metal disk 3 at 8. The other end 7 of the tab 1 is bent back and soldered to the tab 4 in such a way that an eyelet 5 is formed in which the wire ring 6 is rotatably fastened. In the position shown, the wire ring 6 is pivoted downwards so that the tabs 4 and the wire ring 6 lie within the surface of the sheet metal disk 3 and do not protrude beyond the circumference of the sheet metal disk 3.



  The advantage of this arrangement is that the sheet metal disk 3 can be conveniently soldered to the bottom 1 of the sheet metal vessel via the opening 2 by means of an automatic soldering machine, since no parts which hinder the soldering process protrude beyond the circumference of the sheet metal disk 3.



  The closure described enables the sheet metal container to be opened easily by pulling on the ring 6, whereupon the tab 4 is also pulled up and finally the slightly soldered disc 3 is torn off.
