Fig. 4 und 5 stellen Einzelheiten dar.
In.
Tripods, in particular for medical purposes. The invention relates to a tripod, especially for medical purposes, which is very versatile, for example in X-ray technology for radiation and fluoroscopy in various directions and under various conditions, for example at the examination, radiation and operating table, at the dental Surgical chair, on the hospital bed or on a stretcher, is applicable.
The invention is based on the known type of tripod, in which the support arm for the device (for example X-ray tube) is bent and rotatable about two intersecting axes.
According to the invention, one of the two intersecting axes of rotation for the support arm runs approximately in the longitudinal direction of the support arm and the other runs transversely thereto. It signifies the versatility of use and the ability to adapt to the most varied of spatial and spatial conditions. conditions have a considerable advantage, that by rotating the curved support arm around the axis of rotation running in the longitudinal direction, the plane of curvature of the support arm can be adjusted in different directions.
The drawing represents several exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a diagram of one imple mentation with the arm in a horizontal position with an upward curvature; 2 shows the stand with the support arm fully raised for taking pictures from above on a patient who has been raised; Fig. 3 shows a slightly different embodiment in a downward position for illumination from below; .
Fig. 4 and 5 show details. The tripod is made of metal tubes and therefore relatively light built. Its foot consists of a rear, horseshoe-shaped curved part 1 and a front, Y-shaped part 2 and runs on iver swivel castors 3. Two columns 4 are mounted on the horseshoe-shaped foot part 1, the upper ends of which are sharp against each other and then obliquely forward are bent. Two pins 6, 6 'arranged on a bearing sleeve 5 are mounted in the free ends 4a of the columns (FIGS. 4 and 5).
A handle 28 is attached to the outwardly protruding end of the pin 6, by means of which the stand can be moved. The end of the pin 6 'is provided with a thread and carries a resilient brake disc 26 and a clamping nut 27, by means of which the braking friction can be regulated as desired. The bearing sleeve takes on an axis 7 on the rear; The tapered end 7a (FIG. 4) carries a brake disk 8 and a clamping nut 9, by means of which the resistance for turning the axle 7 in the sleeve can be regulated.
The brake disc 8 is based on the end of a loose the axis 7 surround the, with the other end on the bearing sleeve 5 adjacent sleeve 31, which is-formed by outer grooves as a handle and on her left. End part has thread 3 ″ 1a for receiving a hanging link 18 provided with a nut thread.
On the axis 7 is connected by means of a collar 10, a tubular support arm 11 extending in an arc, at the end of which the X-ray tube housed in a protective housing 12 is mounted. The housing 12 is held rotatably about its axis by a sleeve 13 comprising its middle part. The sleeve 13 itself is mounted in the end of the tube 11 so that it can rotate about its axis by means of a lateral extension 13a, so that the X-ray tube can be gimbaled against the tube arm 11.
A transformer 14 (power source) stands in a basket 15 which is guided by means of rings 16 on the stand columns 4 and is suspended from the hanging member 18 by means of two curved rods 1.7. The connection of the rods 17 with the basket 15 and the link 18 is done by joints 19, 2'0.
The transformer thus acts as a counterweight for the arm 11 and the X-ray tube, and this effect can be regulated by turning the handle 31, whereby the member 18 on the sleeve 31 is shifted to the left or right. In. In connection with one of the guide rings 116, a brake spring 21 is also arranged, which grinds on one column 4. The horseshoe-shaped foot part 1 enables the transformer to slide down almost to the ground. On the support arm 11 a handle facilitating its adjustment 2 @ 5 (Fig. 2) can be introduced.
In the embodiment of Fig. 1 ver run the lines. 22 of the terminals 28 of the transformer 14 to the X-ray tube separates from each other outside the support arm 11 with support by suitable Füh ments 24. In the embodiment of FIG. 3, the lines 22 go through the tubular support arm 11. Here, the X-ray tube is also in one Fork 29, the legs of which accommodate the individual conductors and, which is rotatable with its center piece 30 at the end of the arm 11, rotatably mounted about its axis bar.
The shape of the support arm is such that the outer part of the arm with the X-ray tube is on one side and the main part of the arm on the other side of the center line 7 '(Fig. 1) of the axis 7, which is roughly through the center of gravity the unit consisting of the arm and the tube housing with the tube, so that this unit is approximately in equilibrium in every position.
If a transformer or another power source is not needed, it can be replaced by a special counterweight.
The pivot axis of the sleeve 1.3 forms an oblique angle with the axis 7, for example 45. This means that the X-ray tube can be adjusted in a particularly wide variety of ways.
The stand according to the invention can be used with advantage not only for medical but also for cosmetic apparatus.
