Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen       Verfahren    erhält man einen blauen     Acetat-          seidenfarbstoff,wenn    man dianotiertes     6-Brom-          2.4-dinitt-o-l-aminobenzol    mit     1-Aminonaph-          thalin    kuppelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen Farbstoff mit ganz ähnlichen Eigen  schaften, wenn man     6-Brom-2.4-dinitro-l-          aminobenzol    dianotiert und mit     1.4-Dirnethoxy-          6-di        (oxyäthy    1)     arrtirrobetizol    kuppelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  29 Teile     6-Brotn-2.4-diriitro-l-amino-          benzol    werden dianotiert, indem man die Ver  bindung bei einer Temperatur von etwa<B>551</B>  in eine mit 6,9 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    und 120  Teilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure bereitete       Nitrosylschwefelsäure    einrührt.

   Durch     Dige-          rieren    in der mehrfachen     Menge    Eis wird eine  sehr leicht kuppelnde     Diazolösung    erhalten,    die man nach dem     Filtrieren    in eine schwach  mineralsaure Lösung von 24,1 Teilen     1.4-Di-          methoxy-6-di        (oxyäthyl)        aminobenzol    einlaufen       läl5t.    Die Kupplung vollzieht sich rasch, auch  ohne Zusatz eines säurebindenden Mittels.  Der fertige     Farbstoff    erzeugt auf     Acetatseide     ein volles Marineblau von vorzüglicher Licht  echtheit.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung, eines Acetat seide in voll marineblauen Tönen anfärbenden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 6-Brom-2.4-dinitro-l-aminobenzol dianotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit 1.4-Dimethoxy- 6-di(oxyäthyl)aminobenzol kuppelt. Derfertige Farbstoff erzeugt auf Acetatseide ein volles Marineblau von vorzüglicher Lichtechtbeit.
