Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 167808. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Anthraehinonderivates. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert vollen neuen Acetatkunstseidefarbsoff erhält, wenn man auf 1-Amirro-4-phenylamirroanthra- chinon Äthylenoxyd einwirken lässt, wobei ein Mol Äthylenoxyd mit einem Mol des Anthrachinonderivates reagiert.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Alkohol mit blauer Farbe und färbt Ace- tatkunstseide nach geeigneter Verpastung irr kräftigen grünblauen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 50 Teile 1-Amirro-4-phenylarninoanthra- chirron werden in 400 Teilen einer 20 o/oigen Lösung von Äthylenoxyd in Eisessig bei 50 bis<B>60'</B> mehrere Stunden verrührt. Man de stilliert das Lösungsmittel ab, nimmt reit Wasser auf und filtriert das 1-R-Oxyäthyl- amirro-4-pherrylaminoantbrachinon ab. Dieses färbt Acetatkunstseide nach geeigneter Ver- pastung in kräftigen grünblauen Tönen. Man kann gegebenenfalls auch mit andern Ver dünnungsmitteln unter Druck arbeiten.
<B> Additional patent </B> to main patent no. 167808. Process for the production of a new anthraquinone derivative. It has been found that a valuable new acetate artificial silk dye is obtained if ethylene oxide is allowed to act on 1-amirro-4-phenylamirroanthraquinone, one mole of ethylene oxide reacting with one mole of the anthraquinone derivative.
The dye obtained forms a dark powder, dissolves in alcohol with a blue color and, after suitable pasting, dyes acetate artificial silk in strong green-blue tones.
<I> Example: </I> 50 parts of 1-amirro-4-phenylarninoanthrachirron are stirred in 400 parts of a 20% solution of ethylene oxide in glacial acetic acid at 50 to 60 'for several hours. The solvent is distilled off, water is taken up and the 1-R-oxyethyl-amirro-4-pherrylaminoantbrachinone is filtered off. This dyes acetate silk in strong green-blue tones after suitable pasting. You can optionally work with other Ver thinners under pressure.
