Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Anthrachinonderivates. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert vollen neuen Acetatkunstseidefarbstoff erhält, wenn man auf 1-Amino-4-p-oxyphenylamino- anthrachinon Äthylenoxyd einwirken lässt, wobei ein Mol Äthylenoxyd mit einem Mol des Anthrachinonderivates reagiert.
Der er haltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, löst sich in Alkohol mit blauer Farbe und färbt Acetatkunstseide nach geeigneter Ver- pastung in kräftigen grünblauen Tönen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 50 Teile 1-Amino-4-p-oxyphenylaniino- anthrachinon werden in 400 Teilen einer 20 o/oigen Lösung von Äthylenoxyd in Eis essig bei 50-60 o mehrere Stunden verrührt. Man destilliert das Lösungsmittel ab, nimmt mit Wasser auf und filtriert das 1-p-Oxy- äthylamino-4-p-oxyphenylaminoanthrachinon ab.
Dieses färbt Acetatkunstseide nach ge eigneter Verpastung in kräftigen grünblauen Tönen. Man kann gegebenenfalls auch mit andern Verdünnungsmitteln unter Druck ar beiten.
Process for the production of a new anthraquinone derivative. It has been found that a valuable new acetate rayon dye is obtained if ethylene oxide is allowed to act on 1-amino-4-p-oxyphenylamino-anthraquinone, one mole of ethylene oxide reacting with one mole of the anthraquinone derivative.
The dye obtained forms a dark powder, dissolves in alcohol with a blue color and, after suitable pasting, colors acetate silk in strong green-blue tones. <I> Example: </I> 50 parts of 1-amino-4-p-oxyphenylaniino-anthraquinone are stirred in 400 parts of a 20% solution of ethylene oxide in glacial acetic acid at 50-60 ° for several hours. The solvent is distilled off, taken up in water and the 1-p-oxyethylamino-4-p-oxyphenylaminoanthraquinone is filtered off.
This colors acetate artificial silk in strong green-blue tones after suitable pasting. You can optionally work with other diluents under pressure ar.
