Federnder Schuhabsatz.

Springy heel. The subject of the invention is a spring of the shoe heel, which has two hollow shells, one of which is displaceable against the we effect of a spring angeord Neten between the two shells in the other shell, and in particular for exchangeable attachment to the shoe, as well as the barrel - is suitable on itself.
There are already different types of shoe heels known which are intended to be used for a replaceable attachment; nevertheless, paragraphs of this type have not been able to be introduced because they are sometimes too heavy and cumbersome in terms of structure and fastening options, or do not meet the requirements of a utility shoe. In particular, interchangeable heels lack the flexibility required for the majority of users and therefore lead to premature fatigue, while so far, despite numerous attempts, it has not been possible to allow the spring heels of known type intended for foot sufferers to be easily and safely exchangeable.
For example, it has been proposed to allow two half-shells to interlock in paragraph form on their open side and to arrange resilient organs such as cylinders, rubber buffers and the like in the interior. The shells are prevented from unfolding, for example, by simply flanged edge flanges. The position of the inserted spring is secured by slots, projections or the like. If necessary, a seal, such as a rubber ring, could also be used between the upper and lower shell parts. On other embodiments provide to fasten a paragraph provided with a horseshoe-shaped flange releasably on the shoe.
Attempts have also been made to achieve exchangeability of the tread on the remaining heel part by attaching a metal plate to the tread, which is slidably guided in groove-shaped recesses in another metal plate.
The disadvantages of these paragraphs are in addition to the above-mentioned also the need to provide a special eyelet or the like to secure the position of the replaceable tread at the end of the mounting plate, which stain the tread and the metal plate on the remaining with another screw and the like To hold the paragraph part or for example the attachment of the non-resilient paragraph by means of nails or the like to secure.
It has now been found that the disadvantages listed above can be avoided in a number of ways and at the same time the paragraph can be designed to be both resilient and also interchangeable with respect to individual parts, if according to the invention the paragraph consists of two a hollow paragraph housing forming shells, which are slidable into one another against the action of a spring arranged in them, and the shells on their facing away from each other bottom surfaces with a horseshoe-shaped mounting flange,
on the interlocking free Rän countries of the side walls, however, are provided with flanges in order and also a cylinder spring of preferably rectangular cross-section is located between the shells, one of which is bent end through a corresponding slot in the bottom of the bottom shell into a similar slot the metal plate attached to the tread engages.
Advantageously, the beaded side walls are designed in such a way that the shells arranged so as to be displaceable one inside the other receive at least two, possibly multiple, sliding guides. The flanged shell walls. provide security against lateral displacement of the individual shells and at the same time seal the hollow housing, which carries the spring and rubber buffer, against penetrating substances such as dirt and water.
The beaded edge of the shell wall also limits the movement of the shells which are under spring action.
The hoof-iron-shaped flange provided on each shell is used to releasably fasten the entire heel to the shoe, or the easy-to-release fastening of the tread on the heel. It has proven to be very useful, namely with a view to simple assembly of the individual heel parts, to fasten the fastening flange and lower beading of the upper shell to a guide strip surrounding the shell wall on the outside.
The cylin drical coil spring of preferably rectangular cross-section located within the suitably arranged and configured shells serves several purposes. It gives the heel elasticity of a certain extent, whereby the weight of the shoe wearer can easily be taken into account by means of suitable spring dimensions; also is ver means of the bent end of the spring gripping in the corresponding slots running stain together with the mounting plate in front of a certain position on the paragraph exchangeable and easily detachable.
It is advisable to arrange a rubber buffer attached to the lower or upper shell bottom within the cylinder spring, for the purpose of absorbing shocks of particular severity, for example after jumps, and reducing their effect.
It is particularly advantageous that the shells forming the housing and thus the entire paragraph can be designed in a wide variety of shapes, so that the paragraph for shoes and boots of any kind, such as women's shoes, sports and mountain boots, can be easily used . The individual elements, such as cylinder springs, can easily be adapted to the various shapes and dimensions of the shoulder.
The running patch and metal plate for fastening the former to the heel are advantageously only connected to one another by simple tips knocked out of the metal plate, so that for the purpose of renewal, respectively. Interchangeability of the running stain a separation of running stain and metal plate can easily be made.
Due to the aforementioned configuration of the paragraph, special fastening elements for securing the position of the running stain and the metal plate on the paragraph are not required. The bent end of the spring, which engages in the corresponding slots in the bottom of the tray and the mounting plate, holds the inserted tread immovably. However, replacing the latter can bezw. the metal plate connected to it can be carried out effortlessly at any time by laypersons without special tools.
The material and shape of the running stain can naturally be adapted, if necessary with additional attachment of nails, staples or the like. The most diverse uses and thus ensure a comprehensive field of application for the springy heel according to the invention, so that the heel in any desired commercial design without any fundamental changes manufactured and put into use who can. It is also possible and advantageous to surround individual parts of the paragraph with an expediently held in paragraph form Man tel made of elastic material, such as rubber.
The resilient heel according to the invention gives the feeling of stability even when walking on irregular pavement, for example, and, thanks to its elasticity, prevents ankle kinking and the associated strained tendons.
The accompanying drawing illustrates the subject matter of the invention in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows the resilient shoe heel according to the invention in side view; Fig. 2 shows the plan view; Fig. 3 illustrates the view of the section along line A-B of Fig. 2; 4 shows, in a view from below, the paragraph without the running mark attached; Fig. 5 shows the shoulder in a view from the front; Fig. 6 illustrates the view of the section along line C-D of Fig. 4;
7 and 8 show a plate used to fasten the heel to the shoe in plan and side views; 9 and 10 illustrate fastening plate and tread.
In detail, 1 and 2 mean the two shells forming the hollow heel housing, the lower shell engaging the upper one. 3 denotes the horseshoe-shaped edge flange, which is used to attach the heel to the shoe. 4 means the hoof-iron-shaped edge flange arranged on the lower shell part, into which the plate 5 connected to the tread is inserted exchangeably. The running spot 6 can for example consist of leather, rubber or the like and be equipped with staples or the like.
Inside the cavity formed by the two interlocking shell-like parts 1 and 2, the approximately rectangular cross-section cylinder spring 7 is arranged, one of which is bent end 10 through a corresponding slot 20 of the lower shell bottom into a similar slot 21 of the mounting plate 5 takes effect.
Sealing materials 8 can be placed between the bead 22 of the side wall of the shell 2 and the bead 23 connected to the upper shell 1; In the present Ausfüh approximate form of the subject of the invention Umbördelrand 2,3 and mounting flange 3 are connected to each other via an outside out around the shell side strip and attached to the shell in this way. The rubber buffer 9 is attached to the bottom of the upper shell by means of a rivet 11.
In the recess located between the mounting flange and the shell bottom of the upper .Schale, the plate 12 presented in Fig. 7 and 8 is inserted, which has a number of holes 13 for nailing the plate to the .Schuh and optionally several openings 15 for receiving screws for the has the same purpose. In order to reduce the weight, one or more recesses can be provided in the plate 12, the edges of which are stiffened by beading 14.
9 and 10 show the fastening plate 5 and the running patch 6. Triangular prongs 16 are knocked out of the fastening plate, with the aid of which the running patch, for example made of leather, is firmly connected to it. To reduce weight 5 recesses 17 and 18 can be provided in the plate. The aforementioned slot 21 as well as an incision 19 is present in the plate.
By means of a hook or the like engaging in the latter, the plate 5 'can be easily detached from the remaining parts of the paragraph for the purpose of loosening or replacing the running mark.
A wide variety of materials suitable for this purpose can be used as the material for the paragraph. Metals, for example stainless steel, in particular light metals, such as aluminum or its alloys, are considered here. Guiistic measures such as Galalith can also be used without further ado.
To achieve the greatest possible lightness, recesses can be provided at all suitable points of the individual heel parts, as long as these do not impair the cohesion and the necessary strength of the whole.
