Fahrbarer Schlauchhaspel. Der fahrbare Schlauchhaspel vorliegender Erfindung unterscheidet sich von andern Has peln dadurch, dass der drehbare Haspelteil zwischen zwei Schlauchstücken angeordnet ist, wobei das längere Schlauchstück, welches zum Anschluss an einen Zapfhahn eingerichtet ist, auf diesen Haspelteil aufgewickelt werden kann, und wobei das zweite kürzere Schlauch stück mit seinem einen Ende mit der wasser führenden Hohlase des Laufgehäuses des Haspelrades verbunden ist und am andern frei beweglichen Ende das Spritzenmundstück trägt, dabei dreht sich dieses kürzere Schlauch stück nicht mit, wenn der Haspel betätigt wird.
Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist in einem Ausführungsbeispiel mit zwei Figuren auf beiliegender Zeichnung darge stellt.
Fig. 1 stellt den fahrharen Schlauchhaspel mit seinen Schlauchstücken von vorn ge sehen dar, mit Querschnitt durch den Haspel; Fig. 2 zeigt denselben Haspel, von der Seite gesehen, mit Längsschnitt durch den Haspel.
Mit dein Fahrgestell a (Fis. 1) sind die linke Lagerkapsel b und die rechte Lager kapsel c fest verbunden. Zwischen diesen beiden Lagerkapseln ist das Laufgehäuse d mit seinen Laufnaben e drehbar gelagert. Im Laufgehäuse d ist ein nach zwei aufeinander folgenden Bogen verlaufender Doppelrohr bogen /'eingebaut.
Das in der Haspelumfangs- richtung verlaufende Eingangsstück q (Fis. 2) dieses Doppelrohrbogens. f ist mit dem länge ren Schlauchstück l verbunden, wogegen das glatte runde Ausgangsstück r des Doppel rohrbogens f gleichgerichtet ist wie die Dreh- axe der Laufnaben e und zentrisch in die linke Lagerkapsel c hineinreicht (Fis. 1). Mit dem Übergangsstück i wird die Stopfbüchse g dicht gepresst.
Ein kürzeres Spritzschlauch- stück <I>lt</I> ist einerseits mit dem Übergangs stück i fest verbunden, anderseits ist ein Spritzmundstück o angebracht.
Die Aussenfläehe n des Laufgehäuses d verläuft in ihrem Umfange spiralförmig (Fis. 2), so dass sich der zweite Umgang der Schlauch wicklung über den ersten glatt anschliessend anlegt.
Mit dem Laufgehäuse d sind die beiden Haspelscheiben lz verbunden, zwischen wel chen das Schlauchstück l aufgehaspelt ist. <I>p</I> ist der am Fahrgestell a befestigte Schlauch sattel, in welchen bei Nichtgebrauch das nicht um seine Axe drehbare Spritzschlauch- stück lc hineingelegt werden kann.
Das Schlauchstück l ist mit seiner An schlussverschraubung an den Zapfbahn m an geschlossen, so dass der fahrbare Schlauch haspel betriebsbereit ist, wobei es gleich gültig ist, ob das Schlauchstück l aufge- haspelt oder abgehaspelt ist. Vom Zapfhahn m weg bis zum Spritzmundstück o bilden die beiden Schlauchstücke<I>l</I> und<I>k</I> mit dem im Laufgehäuse d eingebauten Doppelrohrbogen f eine ununterbrochene. Leitung.
Mobile hose reel. With your chassis a (Fig. 1) the left bearing capsule b and the right bearing capsule c are firmly connected. A shorter spray hose piece <I> lt </I> is firmly connected on the one hand to the transition piece i, on the other hand a spray nozzle o is attached.
The outer surface n of the barrel housing d runs in its circumference in a spiral shape (FIG. 2), so that the second turn of the hose winding lies smoothly over the first.
The two reel disks lz are connected to the barrel housing d, between which the hose piece l is wound up. <I> p </I> is the hose saddle attached to the chassis a, into which the spray hose piece lc, which cannot be rotated about its axis, can be placed when not in use.
The hose section l is connected to the tapping track m with its screw connection so that the mobile hose reel is ready for operation, regardless of whether the hose section l is reeled on or unwound. From the tap m away to the spray nozzle o, the two hose pieces <I> l </I> and <I> k </I> form an uninterrupted one with the double pipe bend f built into the barrel housing d. Management.
