Wäscheleinenroller mit Haspel.
Es sind Wäscheleinenroller bekanntgeworden, bei welchen die Leine nicht auf der Haspelachse, sondern auf Querversteifungen der Haspelarme läuft, und bei denen das Vorgelege samt Feder in den
Haspel selbst eingebaut ist, wodurch sich der Nachteil ergibt, dass bei handlicher Form der Vorrichtung die Seillänge sehr beschränkt ist oder dass bei grösseren Seillängen die Vorrichtung zu gross und schwer wird. Bei andern bekannten Vorrichtungen ist kein Haspel, sondern eine Seilscheibe mit vergrösserter
Seilnut vorhanden, so dass auf alle Fälle bei handlicher Form der Vorrichtung nur ganz beschränkte Seillängen in Betracht kommen.
Die Anmeldung betrifft nun einen selbsttätig aufwickelnden Wäscheleinenroller, bei welchem
Seillängen von 50-100 m und darüber verwendet werden können, ohne dass die Vorrichtung ihre hand- liche Form einbüssen und ein übermässiges Gewicht bekommen wurde. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass das Seil bzw. die Leine auf der Haspelachse aufläuft und das Vorgelege mit Feder neben der Haspel- seitenwand angeordnet ist, so dass der ganze Raum zwischen Haspelachse und Gehäuse zum Aufwickeln des Seiles zur Verfugung steht.
In der Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ansicht, teilweise im Schnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht mit schematisch eingezeichneten Zahnrädern.
Die Zahnradpaare 1, 2 und 3, die mitsammen das Vorgelege bilden, stehen einerseits mit der Achse des Haspels H und anderseits mit der Antriebsspiralfeder 10 in Verbindung. Zahnräder und Haspel- achse sind in den Stutzen 4,5, 6 und 7 gelagert. Die Stutzen sind miteinander durch Stäbe 8 verbunden und durch diese gegeneinander abgestützt. Die Antriebsspiralfeder 10 ist einerseits bei 11 und anderseits an einem Haken 9, welcher auf der Achse des ersten Zahnrades sitzt, befestigt. Die ganze Vorrichtung befindet sich in einem zweckmässig runden Gehäuse 12, welches eine gegebenenfalls mit einem Deckel verschliessbare Öffnung 13 fÜr die Leine und einen Handgriff 14 besitzt. Beim Abrollen und Aufziehen der Leine wird der Haspel gedreht und die Drehung durch das Vorgelege auf die Feder übertragen, so dass diese gespannt wird.
Beim Abnehmen wickelt sich die Leine nun selbsttätig auf.

There are clothesline rollers known in which the line does not run on the reel axis, but on transverse stiffeners of the reel arms, and in which the back gear together with the spring in the
Reel itself is built in, which results in the disadvantage that the rope length is very limited with a handy shape of the device or that the device becomes too big and heavy with longer rope lengths. In other known devices there is no reel, but a pulley with an enlarged

The application now relates to an automatically winding clothesline roller, in which
Rope lengths of 50-100 m and more can be used without the device losing its handy shape and becoming excessively heavy. This is achieved in that the rope or line runs up on the reel axle and the back gear with spring is arranged next to the reel side wall so that the entire space between the reel axle and housing is available for winding the rope.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a view, partially in section, and FIG. 2 shows a side view with schematically drawn gears.
The gear pairs 1, 2 and 3, which together form the back gear, are connected on the one hand to the axis of the reel H and on the other hand to the spiral drive spring 10. The gears and the reel axle are mounted in the nozzles 4, 5, 6 and 7. The nozzles are connected to one another by rods 8 and supported by these against one another. The spiral drive spring 10 is fastened on the one hand at 11 and on the other hand to a hook 9 which sits on the axis of the first gear. The entire device is located in an expediently round housing 12, which has an opening 13 for the leash and a handle 14, which can optionally be closed with a cover. When the line is unrolled and pulled up, the reel is turned and the rotation is transmitted through the lay-up to the spring so that it is tensioned.
When you take it off, the leash winds up automatically.
