Liquid fuel burners. All burners known up to now for fl-Cissi #, - e fuels generate a flame n en 5 the base of which is subject to fluctuations axially to the burner #, respectively. What makes an annoying noise is restless.
Attempts have been made, for example, to eliminate this chelation by means of a perforated funnel around the nozzle - in order to stabilize the flame, which, however, does not reduce the formation of curling, but intensifies it.
The subject of the present invention is a burner which no longer has the above disadvantage.
The burner for liquid fuels, which forms the subject of the present invention, has a Misoh and combustion chamber for the air and the fuel, and is characterized in that the mixing and combustion chamber # the shape of a funnel, which is designed at the narrow end to form a piece of pipe that is insolilauft in a second pipe, in, velchem is the supply line of the fuel including its nozzle and which see at the front end with a circular opening is
which is smaller than the largest diameter of the funnel and due to the fact that something in front of the nozzle and a little behind the front edge of the funnel there is a metal ring that is perpendicular to the nozzle axis.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown on the accompanying drawing drawing sheet.
Fig. 1 shows the burner in longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 shows the same in -the front view.
1 is a pipe in which a pipe section 2 is looped. The pipe section 2 is designed to form a funnel 3 towards the front.
The funnel 3 has a circular opening 4 at the front, which is smaller than the largest diameter of the funnel. 11 is the supply line for the fuel and 10 is the one Nozzle that lies in the axial direction at the point where the door 3 is narrowest. A little in front of the nozzle 10 , standing perpendicular to the nozzle aclise, there is a metal ring 6 which, by means of the 8 webs 6 ' on the funnel 3 is attached.
A little behind the off-now 4 in the funnel there is a second ring 5 , which is also perpendicular to the nozzle axis and which means the webs 5 '< / B> is connected to the funnel.
The mode of operation of this burner is as follows: The fuel enters the nozzle 10 under pressure and is ignited after exiting from the nozzle opening. Air flows in around the fuel supply line 11. This air flow splits around the nozzle 10 . A central air cone enters the opening of the ring 6 and mixes here with the fuel atomized by the nozzle, whereby a flame forms in front of the ring, bare contours through 12 </ B > are indicated by dash-dotted lines.
That part of the air which flows along the inner wall of the cylinder 2 follows the inner wall of the funnel 3, whereby it is heated and divides again into two zones where the tricliter is furthest. One air zone reaches the flame 12 radially, behind the ring 5 and the other zone Cr reaches in front of the ring 5 also in the radial Z, direction against the Flame 12.
C Long anda.1 - tending tests with such a burner have shown that the same pra.1-.tisüli no longer causes any noise and that the flame that never goes behind the ring 6 < / B> zurüeli: strikes, is extremely stabilized, even when the Luitzikfuhr sways. The flame that forms is very white and does not soot.
