Hydraulische RegeleinAchtung.
Hydraulic control device. The invention relates to a hydraulic control device with flexible feedback. Such regulating devices are used, for example, in steam systems, in power machines or working machines to regulate pressures, temperatures, rotational speeds and electrical measured variables. Particularly suitable control fluids are oil and water.
The invention consists in the fact that a return member is under the influence of a special return pressure, which or when the regulated state is disturbed by inflow. Outflow of control fluid, controlled by its own control element operated by the regulating device, is changed, and that this change is at least partially reversed afterwards by compensating for control fluid.
1 and 3, two Ausfüh approximately examples of the invention are shown, namely the device of FIG. 1 is used to control the speed of a power machine, while the device of FIG. 3 regulates the pressure in a steam line.
Fig. 2 shows a particular embodiment form of a control slide, while Figs. 4 and 5 show throttle devices, the operation of which in Fig. 6 is vergli chen with denjeni gene of known throttle devices.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, the shaft 1 of a steam turbine, for example, drives via the worm drive 2, 3 the flyweights 5 of the speed controller arranged in the housing 7, which are attached to the arms 4 and which, via the spindle 6, the interconnected control slides 8 and 9 , as well as the plate 10 closed on it adjusted.
In the return cylinder 11 there is a bore 12 for the connection of the supply line 32 of the control means, for example 01, and outlet openings 13 and 14. The control slide 8 dominates the confluence of a line 15 which leads to the servomotor cylinder 16 in which the servomotor piston 17 is located.
The control slide 9 controls the confluence of a line 18 which leads to the upper side 23 of the return cylinder 11 via a throttle device 22 ′ in the cover 21 of the servomotor cylinder, which can be adjusted by means of a screw 22. The return piston 19 presses through the spring 20 on the plate 10. The isodrome device 24-35 has a housing 24 in which a valve 25 acting as a throttle device with a valve spring 26 is inserted.
The tension of the valve spring 26 can be adjusted by the worm gear 29, 30, the nut 28 and the screw 27 with the help of the electric motor 31, for example from the control panel. The tension of the spring 26 determines the pressure in the space 33, which is connected on the one hand to the oil supply line 32 via the throttle device 35 and on the other hand to the line 18 via the throttle device 34.
The throttle devices 34 and 35 are designed as narrow channels of relatively great length. So there is a so-called laminar throttling. In the servo motor cylinder 16, the servo motor piston 17 is under the action of the spring 37 and is connected through the spindle 42 to the valve body 41 in the valve housing 39 of the turbine. The valve seats are located in an insert 40. Between this and the servomotor cylinder 16, the intermediate piece 38 is arranged.
The mode of operation of the control device is as follows: In the steady-state operating state, the spool 8 and 9 are in their tellage with, while the steam valve 41 is in any intermediate position. Since there is no flow through the line 18 and the Drosselvorrich device 22 and 34, the pressure in space 23 is equal to the pressure in space 33 and is determined by the tension of the spring 26. If the speed of the turbine increases, they move. the arms of the speed controller with the weights 5 slightly outwards and lift the spool 8 and 9 through the spindle 6 a little.
As a result, oil flows out of the servomotor 1f 'via the line 15 through the drain 13, and the inlet valve 41 begins to close. At the same time, however, since the control spool has connected the line 18 to the inflow line 32 via 9, oil flows from the inflow line 32 via the line 18 to the upper side 23 of the return cylinder and presses the return piston 19 downwards, so that the water flows by means of the spring 20 and .des plate 10 exerts a greater return force on the control slide 8 and 9.
The increase in this feedback force can be adjusted by the throttle screw 22.
As a result of the oil flowing over the control slide 9, a pressure increase in the line 18 and in the space 23 occurs first. However, this increase in pressure is gradually compensated for, since oil flows through the throttle device 34 into space 33 at constant pressure until the same pressure prevails in space 23 as in space 33, i.e. as before the control process. It follows that equilibrium is only possible at a certain speed. So we are dealing here with an isodromic return.
When the speed drops, the reverse process takes place; the control slide 8 and 9 are pulled down by the speed controller. As a result, 01 flows through line 1; 5 into the servomotor cylinder and at the same time oil flows out of space 23 via line 18. The piston 19 goes up and the spring 20 is relieved, whereby the pressure exerted by the spring through the plate 10 and the spin del 6 on the speed controller is reduced.
The lowering of the oil pressure in the space 23 and in the line 18 is compensated for by the fact that constant pressure gradually flows in from the space 33 via the throttle device 34 01 until a pressure equalization is restored.
Fig. 2 shows that the control slide 8 or 9 (denoted by 45 in Fig. 2) can also be carried out with overlaps, in which grooves 44 are milled. Through these grooves it can be achieved that the inflow or outflow of the oil into the channel 43 proceeds more slowly.
By automatically adjusting the pressure in space 33 by means of changing the tension of the spring 26, the Rege treatment can now be provided with a permanent degree of non-uniformity, which is desirable for example when turbo generators are connected in parallel. The device can for example be made in such a way that the tension of the spring 26 is adjusted depending on the position of the servomotor piston by a lever, cable or the like, or the fluid pressure in the space 33 can be directly determined by the power of the Be dependent on the turbine, for example by the adjusting motor 31 itself being actively controlled by a wattmeter measuring the power of the turbine.
This makes it possible to achieve a precisely determined, for example linear, relationship between the speed and the power of the turbine controlled by the controller, regardless of the design and the sources of error in the intermediate transmission means. A control device with a permanent degree of non-uniformity can also be used to control steam networks, furnaces, etc.
While in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the speed regulator 'acts directly on the control slide 8, 9, a relay is switched on in the embodiment of FIG. 3 between the control slide 71 and 72 and the steam pressure regulator.
The steam pressure to be regulated in the line 90 acts through the line 51 on the membrane 52, which is clamped between the relay housing 54 and the cover 53. In the relay housing 54 a sleeve 59 is screwed into which the Fe derteller 58 is screwed from below. In the sleeve 59 on both sides of the channel 64 each have a piston 60 respectively. 61 arranged. Both pistons are rigidly connected to one another and to the plate 55 by a spindle. This plate is pressed against the membrane 52 by a spring 56 and thus transmits the movement of this membrane to the pistons 60, 61. A membrane 57 is tightly attached to the lower piston 60 and to the spring plate 58 as well.
From the supply line 62 the relay flows the control medium, z. B. pressure oil through the bore 63 to. The pressure in the channel 64 is determined by the position of the two pistons 60, 61. This channel is connected through the line 65 with the lower side 66 in the cylinder 67, on the piston 73 of which the return piston 75 in the cylinder 76 presses by means of a spring 74. The control slides 71 and 72 are rigidly connected to the piston 73. The oil inflow to the control slides 71 and 72 takes place from the supply 62 through the bore 68, the outflow of the lower control slide 71 through the bore 69 and that of the upper slide 72 through the opening 70.
The upper control slide 72 dominates the mouth of the Lei device 79, which via a throttle device 78 'adjustable by means of the screw 78 is connected to the upper side of the cylinder 76 of the return piston 75 and through the line 79a to the space 33'. This space 33 'lies between the two laminar throttle devices 80 and 81 of the same dimensions. The outlet from the latter is arranged at the highest point of the control device so that air bubbles contained in the oil are automatically removed.
The spool 71 dominates the mouth of the line 82 which leads to the upper side of the servomotor cylinder 83 in which the servomotor piston 84 is under the action of the spring 85. The servomotor cylinder 83 is placed on the valve housing 87 by means of the intermediate piece 86, the valve body 89 of which is connected to the servomotor piston through the spindle 88 and controls the connection between the supply line 90 and the discharge line 91 of the steam.
The mode of operation of the control device according to FIG. 3 is as follows: In the steady operating state, the control slides 71 and 72 are in their central position. Since the laminar throttle devices 80 and 81 have the same dimensions, the pressure in the return cylinder 77 is half as great as the pressure in the supply line 62 in the steady-state operating state.
The area of the piston 75 is equal to the effective area (piston area minus spindle diameter) of the piston 73: In the steady operating state of the control device, the pressure on the cylinder side 66 is the same as the pressure on the cylinder side 77, that is, the same half the pressure in the feed line 62.
In the stationary operating state, the pistons 60 and 61 will therefore keep the channel 64 open by the same amount, that is to say they will be in the central position. In any case, equilibrium can only exist with a certain position of the two pistons 60, 61, and then as a result the steam pressure to be regulated also has a certain value. This can be adjusted by turning the sleeve 59 in the housing 54.
If the pressure in the steam line 90 rises, the membrane 52 is pushed upward, which causes the piston 60 to close and the piston 61 to open by a certain amount. The pressure in the spaces 64 and 66 drops slightly and the piston 63 moves downwards under the pressure of the spring 74.
As a result, on the one hand, the control slide 71 allows pressure oil to flow to the servomotor cylinder 83, which causes the steam valve 89 to open and thus causes the pressure in the line 90 to drop, and on the other hand, the control slide 72 allows hydraulic fluid to flow out of the space 77 through the line 79 so that the return piston 75 moves upwards and returns the control slide 71 and 72 to their central position. The pressure in space 77 is gradually brought to its original level in that constant pressure 01 flows in from space 33 'until the same pressure prevails again in spaces 77 and 33'.
When the two pistons 66 and. 77 have the same effective areas, changes in pressure in the supply line 63 or in the viscosity of the oil cannot affect the operation of the control device, because a pressure change in the supply line 62 causes the same change in the spaces 66 and 77, so that they are mutually exclusive cancel each other out. The control devices described. Immediately after the equilibrium disturbance occurs, we act similar to a control device with rigid feedback and a certain degree of non-uniformity, which results in a high level of stability.
In white direct course of the control process disappears then as a result of the pressure equalization between tween the feedback cylinder and the space constant pressure 33 respectively. 33 'the degree of irregularity and the controlled variable assume the same value again after the control process has ended.
The properties of a control device are better, the smaller the deviation of the controlled state caused by a disturbance of the equilibrium and the greater the stability of the control process. The ideal case of stability is the so-called aperiodic regulation, whereby the regulated state goes back to the desired value steadily and without oscillations after a disturbance.
It is known that the above conditions are all the more difficult to meet, the shorter the start-up time of the controlled system (e.g. centrifugal mass of the controlled machine for speed control or storage capacity of the pipeline for pressure control) and the greater the closing time of the controller. By expanding the known controller theory, the inventor has now found that minimal deviations from the controlled state can be achieved by means of control devices in which even a small change in the controlled variable causes the control slide of the servomotor to open completely.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, this can be achieved in that the spring 20 is made relatively weak, so that the speed controller causes a large movement of the control slide 8 in the event of a small deviation in the speed.
In order to get a stable control curve, the control slide 8 must then be returned to its central position by forceful return, which can be achieved by appropriately dimensioning the return piston 19 and the control slide 9.
The degree of return can be expressed by the part of the servomotor stroke that the servomotor piston covers, while the return piston 19 returns the control slide 8 from its outermost position to its central position.
The inventor has calculated that the best control course can be achieved with a very specific degree of feedback, which is different for each control system and which depends on the start-up time of the system. The return must be more powerful the shorter the start-up time.
The degree of feedback could be set for example by changing the control edge of the control slide 9 who the. But this would also require a corresponding change in the throttle device 34, since the throttle device 34 and the control slide 9 must be in a certain ratio to each other so that aas yielding of the return piston under the action of the spring 20 is expediently about nine times slower than that by the Opening the control slide 9 resulting movement, which, as the inventor has calculated, results in the most favorable control conditions.
When setting up according to Pig. 1 enabled the adjustable throttle device 22 ', which equally affects the flow of liquid through the control slide 9 on the one hand and through the throttle device 34 on the other hand, so that the ratio between the regulating movement caused by the control slide 9 and the throttle device 34 does not will be changed. The more the throttle device 22 'is open, the stronger the feedback.
If you wanted to make the degree of feedback adjustable in the known control devices with mechanical, flexible feedback, the lever ratio would have to be verän on the transmission means, but this is associated with structural difficulties. It is therefore an advantage associated with the hydraulic feedback of the control devices described that the adaptation to the operating conditions can be carried out by adjustable throttle devices.
Fig. 4 shows a special design of the throttle device 22 ', 34 in Fig. 1 and 78' in Fig. 3. For the best mode of operation of the control device, it is advantageous that there is proportionality between the liquid flow through this throttle device and the incoming flow Pressure drop, as the straight line 91 in the diagram of FIG. 6 shows. In this diagram, the pressure drop is plotted on the ordinate II and the liquid flow on the abscissa I. It is known that a sharp throttling, e.g.
B. causes a nozzle, a throttling effect according to a power law, as shown by curve 92 in FIG. The liquid flow through a narrow long channel, for example through capillary tubes 80 and 81 (in Fig. 3) are linearly dependent on the pressure drop (curve 91). Throttle devices, which the characteristics of the. Curve 92 are not advantageous for present purposes. They would only work satisfactorily at the intersection of curves 91 and 92, while their resistance is too small for smaller flow rates and the resistance is too large for larger flow rates.
Fig. 4 shows a throttle device with a capillary channel 93 which is guided around the bolt 94 in a screw benlinie. The bolt 94 is inserted into the sleeve 95 with the inlet 96 to fit. The Vorrich device has a longer channel than a throttle device with a bore of the same diameter at the same length. Accessibility for checking and cleaning is also better since the screw 94 can easily be removed.
Fig. 5 shows an adjustable Drosselvor direction similar to that of Fig. 4, but depending. with the difference that the cross-section of the throttle channel 98 gradually decreases towards the inlet 90. This con struction allows adjustment of the smallest throttle cross-section and thus the throttling effect within wide limits, the advantages of the throttle device in Fig. 4 being fully retained.
