Traktor.
Tractor. The present invention relates to a tractor.
The tractors used in particular for transporting agricultural machinery usually have four wheels. In addition, in most cases the attached devices also have four wheels with often different axle lengths. As a result, there is a corresponding number of wheel lanes, which cause impairment of the same when driving on usable land. Although one-wheel and two-wheel tractors have already been built, the disadvantage of these tractors is that they have to be in a rigid connection with the device to be attached. Driving alone with such tractors, i.e. without a trailer, is very difficult, if not impossible, and yet this case is very often considered in practice.
The above-mentioned inconveniences are now eliminated in the tractor according to the invention in that the tractor has two individually brakable drive wheels and a front wheel, which is mounted on a support part that is expediently detachable to the chassis frame, while a swing frame is mounted at the rear end of the chassis frame is stored with a towing device.
Thanks to this training, the result is an extremely manoeuvrable tractor, which is particularly advantageous in agricultural areas with small par cells, and, since only the two drive wheels are available when the support part is removed, the use of the tractor without support parts results in a reduced utilization of the usable Soil.
The support part is expediently provided with an additional weight that can be lifted off, which prevents the tractor from rearing up when the tractor is empty.
The hitch can be height-adjustable on the swing frame in order to be able to adjust the same to the appropriate height for the device to be towed.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing, namely Figure 1 shows the tractor in side view, and Figure 2 is a plan view of the same; Fig. 3 shows a side view of the tractor with the support part removed; and FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the same, FIG. 5 shows a detail in a plan view with a partial section on a larger scale, FIG. 6 shows the tractor with a mower attached to it in a side view and FIG. 7 shows a plan view thereof.
Fig. 8 shows on a larger scale a vertical section through parts of the steering device and Fig. 9 is a further partial section perpendicular to the former; 10 is a plan view with a section through the drive.
In Fig. 1 1 is the on the, the driving wheels 2 bearing axle 6 attached Ge gearbox housing of the tractor, which forms the driving frame and on its upper side the steering wheel 3 lifts driver's seat 4 and gasoline tank 5 carries, while on its front the cooler 7 is arranged. At the front end of the gear housing 1, a support part 9 is detachably attached by means of lateral eyes and -durchgesteck th pins 8, at the front end of which a running wheel 10 is hinged. A removable counterweight 11 is placed on the support part. An H-shaped oscillating frame 12 is fastened so that it can pivot horizontally, concentrically to the steering wheel axis, by means of neck bearings provided on one of the arms.
An axis 13 is attached between the free arms of the swing frame, on which the U-shaped hanger 14 is placed vertically displaceable bar. In the hanger rests a female thread provided driver 15, which is secured against rotation with its front end in a guide channel of the swing frame web 12a, and a vertical screw spindle 18 mounted in the swing frame goes through the female thread of the driver, so that the rotation of which moves the driver and the hanger in height. At the upper end, the spindle carries a hand crank 16 for its rotation.
The drawbar or coupling rod of a device to be attached is inserted through a hole 141 in the hanging bracket and enters a corresponding hole 14 of the driver 15. The attachment bracket 14 has two slots 14 ″ in its legs for the insertion of a wedge 17 (FIG. 3), which passes through the drawbar or coupling rod. The upper end of the axle 13 protrudes towards the swing frame and serves as a guide pin 13 . for trailer devices to be supported on the swing frame.
The swing frame rests with projections 126 and 12 on segment-shaped work surfaces 12d (FIG. 4) of the gear housing and can be locked in the laterally pivoted positions by means of an inserted bolt 21 (FIG. 4). To steer the tractor, a braking device acting on the differential gear of the tractor is actuated from the driver's seat by means of the steering wheel 3, by means of which one of the drive wheels can be braked.
Parts of the device for steering the tractor are shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. The guided in the column 22, the steering wheel 3 supporting control shaft 21 has at the un tern .End an angle wheel 23, which meshes with two angle wheels 24 loosely mounted on a horizontal axis 25. On the hub of each angular wheel 24 there is an eccentric disk 26, on which the end loop of a brake band 29 lies, which comprises a brake disk 28 and is anchored at the free end. The brake disks 28 are placed on transverse shafts 27 (FIG. 10), each of which is connected to the associated drive wheel by a countershaft.
The cross shafts 27 are driven by the differential gear 30; with the known property that these two shafts 27 can run at different speeds, as is the case with any rear wheel differential drive for an automobile. The drive of the differential 30 takes place in a known manner through the bevel gears 31, 32 from the transmission gear 33, which in turn is driven by the motor 34 ben. When driving straight ahead, the steering wheel 3 remains in the middle position, none of the discs 28 being braked and each of the shafts 27 carrying half the torque.
As soon as the steering wheel 3 is turned while cornering, the inner brake bands 29 with respect to the curve to be described are tightened and brakes the brake disc 28 and cross shaft 27 in question. This reduces the torque on the inner wheel; it remains while the Torque on the outer wheel acts in undiminished strength and the same runs ahead.
Figures 3 and 4 show the tractor in the setting for towing a plow. Here, the support part has been removed so that the weight of the tractor is still partly burdening the plow. The swing frame 12 is pivoted to the side and locked, and the drawbar 19 of the plow (not shown) is coupled to the hitch 14.
6 and 7 show the use of the tractor for towing a mower of known construction. Here, the swing frame 12 is set in the longitudinal center of the tractor and the mower is coupled to its attachment bracket 14, which is set to the appropriate height. At the rear end of the gear housing 1, a shaft 20 is led out, which is coupled to the drive of the cutter bar. The control lever of the mower is within the operator's grip area directly next to the operator's seat. The front support part 9 is removed. Thanks to the described attachment of the mower to the tractor, the latter is kept in a stable position, although it only runs on two wheels.
