Description

  

  Vorrichtung zum Einsetzen von Kolben in Zylinder.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vor  richtung zum Einsetzen von Kolben in Zy  linder. Dieselbe besteht aus einem mit gleich  mässig schräg gestellten Zähnen versehenen  Metallband, welches beim Einsetzen des Kol  bens derart satt auf ihn aufgelegt werden  kann, dass die ungespannt über die Umfangs  fläche des Kolbens vortretenden und dadurch  das Einschieben des Kolbens hindernden Kol  benringe während des     Einschiebens    des Kol  bens zurückgedrängt werden.  



  Die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung ist  auf der Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbei  spiel dargestellt. In der Zeichnung zeigt     Fig.1     einen Teil der Vorrichtung in der Ansicht,       Fig.    2 oben in der Seitenansicht und unten  im Längsschnitt;     Fig.    3 zeigt die Vorrichtung  auf einen Kolben aufgelegt und diesen im  Schnitt und     Fig.    4 eine Seitenansicht des zum  Einschieben bereiten Kolbens.  



  Die dargestellte Vorrichtung besteht aus  einem Metallband a, das in der Längsmitte  in regelmässigen Abständen, schrägstehende  zähnebildende Aaspressungen b und am Rande         Aufbiegungen    c besitzt. Das Metallband a  wird auf den Kolben d mit den in den     Kol-          benringnuten    eingebrachten Kolbenringen e  derart satt aufgelegt, dass die Ringe e in die  Nuten zurückgedrängt werden. Dabei greifen  die an den zusammenkommenden Bandteilen  sich treffenden     Auspressungen   <I>b</I> des Bandes<I>a</I>  ineinander, so dass die Kolbenringe e in ihrer  gespannten Lage gehalten werden.

   Nun kann  der Kolben<I>d</I> leicht in den Zylinder<I>f</I> ein  geschoben. werden, wobei das Metallband a  mit seinen seitlichen     Aufbiegungen    c gegen  den Zylinderrand stösst und zurückgehalten  wird.

  The device shown consists of a metal band a, which has inclined, tooth-forming cavities b in the longitudinal center at regular intervals and bends c on the edge. The metal band a is placed on the piston d with the piston rings e introduced into the piston ring grooves so that the rings e are pushed back into the grooves. The press-outs <I> b </I> of the belt <I> a </I> that meet at the converging belt parts interlock so that the piston rings e are held in their tensioned position.

Claims

Claim: device for inserting pistons in cylinders, characterized in that it consists of a metal band provided with evenly inclined teeth, wel ches can be placed on it so tightly for inserting the piston that the protruding stretched over the circumference of the piston and piston rings preventing the piston from being pushed in are thereby urged back during the pushing-in of the piston.
