Description
Ka-lkzusatzmitt01 and process for making the same. The lime additives known up to now have generally known disadvantages. For example, efflorescence occurs very often, chemical transformations or decomposition of the constituents of the binding agent are very common.
The subject of the present inven tion forming lime additive, which is able to prevent the flaking of the lime paint and also allow the addition of mixed colors, contains a cellulose derivative, glycerine, formaldehyde and also another organic substance, e.g. B. linseed oil, animal fat, turkish beetroot.
The process for preparing the new # 5 # k additive can be carried out, for example, as follows. A cellulose derivative solution is mixed with equal parts of pit lime, and linseed oil, glycerine and formaldehyde are added. Instead of linseed oil, animal fat or Turkisch red oil could be used.
In order to achieve smudge-proof and weatherproof paints> about 6 "/ o of this agent is added to the white lime. If the amount is increased, up to 50% mixed color can be added to the lime. The addition of glycerine makes the layer elastic. It then becomes the Counteracted efflorescence.
