Das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht demgemäß darin, derartige Produkte in pulverförmiger und kaltwasserlöslicher Form herzustellen. Zu diesem Zwecke werden Kaseinleime mit den Alkali- bzw. Erdalkali- und anderen Verbindungen organischer Säuren vermischt und dann Stoffe zugegeben, die bei der Lösung in Wasser die organischen Salze in die freie Säure überführen.
