Ein derartiges Verfahren ist natürlich unpraktisch und zeitraubend. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht demgemäß darin, derartige Produkte in pulverförmiger und kaltwasserlöslicher Form herzustellen. Zu diesem Zwecke werden Kaseinleime mit den Alkali- bzw. Erdalkali- und anderen Verbindungen organischer Säuren vermischt und dann Stoffe zugegeben, die bei der Lösung in Wasser die organischen Salze in die freie Säure überführen.
