Elastisches Kleiderband. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein ela stisches Kleiderband für Unterkleider, das einen flachen Streifen aus elastischem Gummi besitzt, der von einer dehnbaren, um .das Gummiband gefalteten Scheide aus Textil material umschlossen ist, mit welcher das Kleidungsstück mittelst eines über die Scheide greifenden Randes durch dehnbare Stiche durch die übereinandergreifenden Teile der Scheide verbunden ist.
Die Zeichnung stellt eine bespielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung dar.
Fig. 1 ist eine Vorderansicht der An ordnung des Kleiderbandes an einem Klei dungsstück, die zeigt, wie .die Teile gefaltet werden, um das Kleiderband zu bilden; Fig. 2' ist eine Ansicht von der Rück seite, die die weiche, glatte Ausbildung des Kleiderbandes auf der innern, der Haut der Tragenden zuzukehrenden .Seite zeigt; Fix. 3 ist ein Querschnitt durch das Kleiderband nach der Linie 3-3 der Fig. 2. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung umschliesst eine Scheide 1 am Kleidungsstück 5, die aus in der Längsrich tung dehnbarem Textilmaterial besteht, einen dünnen, flachen Streifen 2 von Plattengummi in solcher Weise, dass eine aus übereinander greifenden Rändern bestehende Naht nahe dem Rande des Gummibandes 2 gebildet wird.
Zu diesem Zweck ist das Material der Scheide um besagtes Band herum gelegt, wie 4 in Fig. 1 zeigt. Das Kleidungsstück 5 weist einen obern Rand 6 auf, welcher zwischen die Ränder 4 und 7 der Scheide 1 (Fix. 1) gelegt ist. Nach Anordnung der Teile in dieser Lage wird eine Reihe von elastischen Doppelstichen 8 über den Rand 7 so ge näht, dass der Rand 7 sich zwischen den Reihen 9 und 10 der Doppelstiche befindet und dass die verbindenden Fäden 11 den freien Rand 7 der Scheide bedecken.
Die Faden, die die Stiche 9 und 10 bilden, gehen durch den bezw. unter dem vordern Scheiden rand durch, dann durch das Kleidungsstück 5, durch den das Gummiband unten übergreifen den Rand der Scheide 4, durch das Gummi band 2 und auch durch die Rückseite 12 der Scheide.
Nach dem Vorangehenden ergibt sich, dass das Gummiband 2 in einer Scheide von Textilstoff in der Weise eingeschlossen ist, dass ein elastisches Band entsteht, worin der Gummistreifen, der das elastische Glied bil det, am einen Längsrand sicher befestigt ist, und gleichzeitig ist der andere Längsrand des Flachgummis von dem grösseren Teil der Textilscheide lose umschlossen. Diese Aus bildungsweise ergibt ein ausserordentlich an genehmes Band, in dem zu jeder Zeit eine Bewegung zwischen dem Gummi und dem grösseren Teil der Scheide möglich ist.
Diese Freiheit der Beweglichkeit der verschiedenen Teile untereinander ist besonders bemerkbar nahe dem obern Rande des Kleiderbandes, welches derjenige Teil ist, an .dem die merk bare Wirkung des Kleiderbandes auf den Träger in Erscheinung tritt. Vorzugsweise ist das Kleidungsstück 5 bei 14 leicht ge- fältelt nahe .der Naht, wo das Kleidungsstück in die Scheide übergeht, um die nötige Fülle des Kleidungsstückes vorzusehen. Ferner ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Seheide vollkom men flach gegen die Seiten des Gummibandes anliegt.
Es ist zu beachten, dass im vorliegenden Falle das elastische Kleiderband nach der Erfindung mit einem Minimum von Material angefertigt werden kann, und dass es mit dem Kleidungsstück mittelst nur einer Naht befestigt ist, wodurch die Zahl der Stufen bei der Herstellung verringert werden kann und gleichzeitig ein hübsches, gefällig aus sehendes Band erhalten wird.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a sheath 1 on the garment 5, which consists of textile material stretchable in the longitudinal direction, encloses a thin, flat strip 2 of sheet rubber in such a way that a seam consisting of overlapping edges is formed near the edge of the elastic band 2.
For this purpose, the material of the scabbard is placed around said band, as 4 in FIG. The item of clothing 5 has an upper edge 6 which is placed between the edges 4 and 7 of the sheath 1 (Fix. 1). After arranging the parts in this position, a series of elastic double stitches 8 is sewn over the edge 7 so that the edge 7 is between the rows 9 and 10 of the double stitches and that the connecting threads 11 cover the free edge 7 of the sheath.
The threads that form the stitches 9 and 10 go through the BEZW. under the front edge of the vagina, then through the garment 5, through which the rubber band overlaps the edge of the vagina 4, through the rubber band 2 and also through the back 12 of the vagina.
According to the foregoing, the elastic band 2 is enclosed in a sheath of fabric in such a way that an elastic band is formed in which the rubber strip forming the elastic member is securely attached to one longitudinal edge and at the same time is the other The longitudinal edge of the flat rubber is loosely enclosed by the larger part of the textile sheath. This form of education results in an extremely comfortable band in which movement between the rubber and the larger part of the vagina is possible at any time.
This freedom of movement of the various parts with one another is particularly noticeable near the upper edge of the clothes tape, which is the part on which the noticeable effect of the clothes tape on the wearer appears. Preferably, the garment 5 is slightly pleated at 14 near the seam where the garment merges into the sheath in order to provide the necessary fullness of the garment. It should also be noted that the silk is completely flat against the sides of the elastic band.
It should be noted that in the present case the elastic garment tape according to the invention can be made with a minimum of material, and that it is attached to the garment by means of only one seam, whereby the number of steps in manufacturing can be reduced and at the same time a pretty, pleasing looking ribbon is obtained.
