Rollsand barrel cleaning machine for wine and fruit wine barrels, Horb bottles etc. The subject matter of the present invention is a further embodiment of the barrel cleaning machine according to the claim of the main patent.
The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention through Fig.l in elevation, through Fig.2 in plan and through Fig.3 in side elevation; Fig. 4 is a detailed cross-section through the automatic parking device, and Fig. 5 shows a chain belt for drum cleaning.
The drawn machine is mounted in a recess 20 and the bottom has a platform 21 respectively on each longitudinal edge of the recess 20. 21a. The machine has two by means of two two-part threaded spindles 22 and nuts 23 with oppositely directed threads in their spacing parallel adjustable bridges 24 and 25. The lower bridge 25 carries two turntables 26 and 27, which together with bridge parts 28 form a rectangular platform.
The barrels 29 (Fig. 3) after tipping on the platform 21 can easily be pushed across the space 30 onto the turntables 26, 27 of the dock leveler set at the correct height and after cleaning onto the platform 2111, so that continuous operation is possible if you z. B. is not forced to work on one side due to lack of space, that is, push the barrel back to the push-in side. The in and out push of the barrels can also be done mechanically, e.g. B. be made by hand or motor-operated linkage.
The entry and exit platforms 21, 2111 and the loading bridge can also be provided with castors.
The rotating disks 26, 27 are connected by worm gears 31 to a shaft 32 which is parallel to the bridge 25 and which carries a rotating chain wheel 33. This chain wheel is connected by an endless chain 34 to a stationary chain wheel 35 arranged on the transverse axis of rotation of the barrel. This chain drive makes it happen on the turntable 26. respectively 27 standing barrel 29 rotated laterally around its transverse axis by the width of a barrel stave, so that the sand or the chain sliding in the barrel works exactly one stave around the other.
The upper bridge 24 carries a spindle 36 with handwheel 37, corresponding to one of the turntables 26, 27 sitting on the lower bridge 25. without preventing the barrel from rotating about its longitudinal axis. The lower bridge 25 runs with its head ends in slots in the end walls 39 of the device.
These end walls sit 'on shafts 40, 41 of which one, 40, motorized drive for rotating the barrel BEZW. the barrel receives around its transverse axis and the other, 41, is rotatably mounted in a bearing block 42. The motor housing 43 and the bearing block 42 sit firmly on a frame 44.
By device described below, the electric motor in Ge housing 43 can now be automatically turned off when the barrel BEZW. the barrels have completed 1, 2 or more revolutions around the longitudinal axis, as required.
A crank disk 45 with a diametrical groove and a crank pin 48 that can be set and locked therein is seated outside the housing 43 on the above-mentioned shaft 40, which can be driven by the electric motor, which is not provided 49 articulated, which arm carries a wedge-shaped pawl 50 which engages in the wedge groove 51 of a ratchet wheel 52 loosely seated on the shaft 48, but switches only in one direction. The ratchet wheel 52 carries a driver pin 53 (FIG. 4) and the hub of the manual control wheel 54, which is fixed on the shaft 48, has a cam 55.
This controllable switching and automatic release device now works as follows: The crank gear 45-47 and the wedge pawl 50 turn the ratchet wheel 52 in jerks in the direction of arrow P (Fig. 3) and the size of each circuit depends on the setting of the crank pin 46 in the groove of the crank disk 45. Thus, when the pin 46 is set to position 1 (Fig. 3) a shutdown of the Mo sector after one revolution of the barrel about its longitudinal axis, when set to position 2 one after two turns and when set to position 3 one after three Revolutions of the barrel around its longitudinal axis instead.
The barrel can thus be cleaned in three degrees. In the jerky continuation of the switching wheel 52, the pin 53 also moves ineffectively in the direction of arrow P (Fig. 4) until it moves from the beginning position 1 to position 11. Then, he meets the cam 55 of the hub of the manual steering wheel 64 and turns the latter into the position that switches off the engine, so that the barrels stand still.
Instead of a friction pawl, the ratchet wheel can also be advanced by a toothed pawl. Before starting the machine, the clamped barrels are given natural sand without sharp edges and a few liters of water through the bung holes 1 = 2, after which the bung holes are closed.
The chain belts shown in FIG. 5 are expediently used for cleaning large barrels. The same is composed of several smaller chains 56 arranged parallel to one another, which are interconnected by links 57, 58, with cords 59 made of soft material (fiber, seaweed, etc.) being drawn into these chains.
The chain belts introduced into the barrel through the bunghole before the barrel was placed on the barrel slides with the weight necessary for energetic friction on the surface of the inside coating of the barrel, whereby the drawn-in cords 59 of the chain belts, without hindering the mobility of the chain, this gives such softness that damage to the insulating inner coating of the barrel is avoided.
The machine described is easy to use.
