Motorized wrench. While working tools equipped with a motor drive are generally used for drilling and screwdriving, there is no such tool for tightening and loosening screw nuts. Such a tool must act relatively slowly, despite its motor drive, so that it is really suitable for tightening and loosening screw nuts.
The accompanying drawing represents Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject matter of the invention. The four figures show three different wrenches in longitudinal section and a detail.
In the case of the wrench according to FIG. 1, pistons b and b 'are driven by compressed air in cylinders a and a'. The movement of the pistons is through the connecting rods c and c 'transferred to wheel d, which rotates loosely on axis g. This wheel d has a toothing and is pressed by the spring f onto the likewise toothed wheel e, which is firmly connected to the axis g. The axis g carries at the end the conical gear la, which engages in the plate gear i. The octagonal opening in the gear wheel i is used to accommodate the tool needed to grip the nut.
In operation, the gear d is set by the reciprocating pistons b and b 'or by the connecting rods c and c' in forward and reverse rotation. As a result of the correspondingly designed toothing, however, the gear wheel d takes the adjacent gear wheel e with it only in one direction, while it is disengaged in the opposite direction. As a result, the axis g with the gear h., and the gear i always only rotate in one direction.
In the example according to FIG. 2, pistons b and b ', which are driven by compressed air and are connected to one another by the piston rod c, move in the cylinders a and a'. The rocker arm d is guided through a slot in the piston rod, which, as in the known ratchets, takes along a driver pawl e da's gear wheel f in only one direction of rotation. Through an octagonal opening, the gear wheel f is suitable for receiving a tool for gripping the nut. "In the example according to FIGS. 3 and 3", pistons b and b 'driven by compressed air move in cylinders a and ca'.
The reciprocating motion of these pistons is transmitted by connecting rods c and c 'to the disks d and d', which are thus set in reciprocating rotary motion . The eccentric e, which raises and lowers the pull rod f, is arranged between these disks. The pulling movement of this rod f is transmitted to a toothed wheel g by a driver pawl i, arranged in a bracket i, which engages in this toothed wheel g.
An octagonal opening in this tooth wheel serves again to accommodate the required tool. This tool can be interchangeable or adjustable for different nuts.
In all cases, the drive element for the tool is connected to the drive device by housing parts to form a uniform working device. Since the force that is to be used when tightening a screw nut must not exceed a certain level, the drive device is expediently provided with a regulating device which prevents a certain amount of force from being exceeded. Such Reguliervorrich lines are already known in various types.
