In den Fig. 1 und 2 sind der Filmtrag- rahmen und der Hilfsrahmen im Schnitt dar gestellt, und zwar in der Fig. 1 in der Vor bereitungsstellung des Tragrahmens, in der Fig. 2 bei eingelegter Stellung des Tragrah mens; in der Fig. la ist in grösserem Mass- Stab und im Schnitt längs der Linie A-B der Fig. 3 ein besonderer Teil des Tragrah mens wiedergegeben; die Fig.3 lässt die Ein richtung in der Draufsicht erkennen;
Film tensioning device, especially for X-rays. There are known film tensioning devices which consist of a support frame with tension springs for the film. In these known devices, the clamping of the films is relatively cumbersome and time consuming.
This disadvantage should be avoided in particular for X-rays (X-ray films) ge suitable tensioning device according to the inven tion by having at least one film support frame with tension springs and an auxiliary frame for tensioning and releasing the springs.
This film tensioning device is shown in FIGS. 1, 1a, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in an exemplary embodiment with only one film support frame.
1 and 2, the film support frame and the subframe are provided in section, namely in FIG. 1 in the preparation position of the support frame, in FIG. 2 with the inserted position of the support frame; In Fig. La is shown on a larger scale and in section along the line A-B of Fig. 3, a special part of the Tragrah mens; Figure 3 shows the A direction in plan view;
Figure 4 is a section through the subframe taken along line C-D of Figure 3; In FIGS. 5 and 6, individual parts from FIG. 3 are shown on a larger scale.
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, an exemplary embodiment from the device is shown, which has two film support frames.
FIG. 7 is a section through this film tensioning device (in the unfolded state), FIG. 8 is a side view (in the collapsed state), FIG. 9 is a section through the device (in the collapsed state), FIG. 10 a plan view of the device; in Fig. 11 is on a larger scale and in view of a single part of the device is provided.
The rectangular support frame 1 (FIGS. 1 to 6) has the optionally rectangular retaining bracket Ja. The attached to the support frame 1 four tension springs 2 and 5 are bent at right angles at their free ends and designed as a piercing hook. One of the four springs, namely a spring 2, is shown in FIG. Yes; It can be seen that the part 2a bent at right angles has a cutting edge 3 perpendicular to the plane of the support frame and a cutting edge 4 inclined to the plane of the support frame. The cutting edge 3 has a tan 20.
The in the corners of the support frame 1 angeord designated connecting pieces 6 serve to support the springs 2, 5. The auxiliary frame consists of the edge parts 7 and the plate 8 (made of sheet metal or the like), which is also designed as a guide and support part. The guide parts of the plate 8 are three upturned edges 9, which ken that the. on the. Plate 8 to be laid film comes in the right position and remains in the water. Anden edge parts 7 of the auxiliary frame, the four sheet metal pieces 10, 11 are brought to the beveled lugs 12, 13 have.
The guide strips 14, which have the wide guide attachment 15 and the hook 16 used for hanging and pivoting the support frame, are also attached to the edge parts 7.
The film to be stretched is placed on the platen 8. Then you push the support frame 1 by touching it on the bracket yes, along the Füh approximately bar 14 respectively. of the guide extension 15 from the position shown in FIG. 1 into the position shown in FIG. 2, to the extent that the part of the support frame located on the left in FIGS. 1 and 2 lies in the hook 16 (Clamping movement).
During this tensioning movement the ends of the springs 2, 5 slide along bevels of the lugs 12, 13 and are tensioned in the process (compare the positions of the springs 2 and 5 shown in broken lines in FIGS. 6 and 5); At the same time, the cutting edges 3 and 4 of the part 2a penetrate through the film, through-into correspondingly arranged openings 17 in the support plate 8.
As a result, the inclined cutting edges 4 cut a chip 19 from the film 18 (Fig. Yes), which exerts pressure on the cutting edge 4 and thus pulls the film into the tanner 20 and holds it in place.
If you now lift the support frame 1 (by means of the bracket la) from the auxiliary frame, the film first adheres to the tension springs 2, 5, and when the frame 1 is further lifted, the tension springs of the action of the beveled lugs 12, 13 withdrawn and exert a tension on the film that spans the film in the support frame 1. It can be seen that only a single handle is required to clamp the film in the support frame 1.
In the device described, the thickness of the support frame 1 is greater than the largest, lying in the thickness direction from measurement of the parts arranged in the support frame, whereby. If several support frames are placed on top of one another, no damage to the clamped films can occur.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, the auxiliary frame 26 and two frames 21 serving as a film support frame can be folded like the leaves of a book with the hinges 27 being connected to one another. The two support frames 24 can be inserted between the frames 21, 26. The support frame 24 are similar to the support frame 1. Formed; they have tension springs 23, 28 which correspond to tension springs 2, 5 - holes 22 correspond to holes 17.
The beveled lugs 30 are arranged in the flat metal piece 25 which is fastened to the auxiliary frame 26 in such a way that the inclined surfaces of the lugs 30 - similar to the inclined surfaces of the lugs 12, 13 - when the frames 21, 24, 2 are folded together , 6 tension the springs 2.8. The tensioning of the springs 2.3 could take place in the same way as the tensioning of the springs 28 if the frame 26 would also have a metal piece corresponding to the metal piece 25 in its part located near the hinges 27.
But you can also, as is the case with the game Ausführungsbei shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, not particularly tension the springs 28, but let the springs act as holding parts for the film, so that the springs 23 only be tensioned when the tensioned by the force of the springs 28 film is stretched in (approximately) diagonal direction. The respectively on the frame 26. on the hinges 27 attached hook 29 serve, as well as the hook 16, for inserting the support frame 2: 4.
In place of the tension spring ends according to Fig.1a, you can also use needle-shaped ending springs which have a tip 31 (Fig. 11) and are roughened at 32 on.
