Einrichtung zum Tragen Fon Waren, insbesondere von Patisserie. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Tragen von Waren, insbe sondere von Patisserie, welche den bisher üblichen Verpackungsarten mit Papier, Kar ton, Schnur etc. gegenüber die Vorteile bietet, dass zum Beispiel mit Creme oder Rahm gar nierte Patisserie nicht mehr in Berührung mit dem Papier kommt und dass diese Umhüllung ein Zerdrücken der darin untergebrachten Ess waren verhütet, so dass letztere ihr appetit liches Aussehen nicht verlieren. Die Ein richtung gemäss der Erfindung ermöglicht ferner ein bequemeres und sicheres Tragen der Esswaren, sowie auch eine schnellere Be dienung der Kunden.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist eine Unterlage mit einer zusammenklappbaren Schutzhülle versehen, welche in aufgeklapptem Zustande einen zur Aufnahme der Traggutes dienenden Hohlraum in sich schliesst.
Auf der Zeichnung sind mehrere beispiels weise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der Um hüllung, deren einer Schutzhüllenteil hoch gestellt und deren anderer Schutzhüllenteil niedergefaltet ist; Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss zu Fig. 1;
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Vorderansicht einer zwei ten Ausführungsform, mit einerseits hoch gestelltem Schutzhüllenteil, und Fig. 4 einen Grundriss dazu; Fig. 5 ist eine schematische Darstellung von vier weiteren Ausführungsformen, deren Merkmale in der Beschreibung Erläuterung finden.
Auf dem Rand eines als Unterlage die nenden Tellers 1 aus steifem Material, wie Karton, der von flacher oder auch gewölbter Form sein kann, ist eine zweiteilige, lampion artig auf- und niederklappbare Schutzhülle 2 mit ihren untern Rändern 3i befestigt. Ihre obern Ränder 4 bilden verstärkte Rahmen, die um eine gemeinsame Mittelase drehbar und gegeneinander in vertikale Stellung hoch klappbar sind. Die Verstärkung oder Ver steifung besteht vorteilhaft aus einer Draht- einlage 5, deren mittlerer- Teil einen Griff C bildet und deren Enden 7 hakenförmig ein wärts gebogen und am Tellerrand drehbar verankert sind.
Die Schutzhülle 2 kann bei spielsweise aus Zellophan, Papier, Stoff, Strohgeflecht etc. bestehen. Der Grundriss des Tellers kann rund sein, wie Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen, oder rechteckig, wie Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen. Er kann aber auch quadratisch, oval oder linsenförmig sein.
Bei länglicher Form des Tellers kann die Drehase der Schutz- hüllenhälften im Sinne des längeren Durch messers x-x oder des kürzeren Durchmes sers y-y verlaufen.- Im ersteren Falle ist die Schutzhülle in geschlossener Stellung von niederer und im zweiten Falle von hoher Form. Die Schutzhülle schliesst in geschlos senem Zustande einen Hohlraum in sich, so dass das auf dem Teller befindliche Traggut allseits abgeschlossen wird. Die Schutzhülle hält sich im Abstand zum mitgeführten Trag gut und kommt mit diesem nicht in Berüh rung.
Das Verpacken und Auspacken, resp. Schliessen und Öffnender Schutzhülle ist sehr rasch ausgeführt, indem man einfach die bei den Hälften gegeneinander zu bewegen oder voneinander zu entfernen hat.

On the edge of a base plate 1 made of stiff material such as cardboard, which can be flat or curved in shape, a two-part, lampion-like foldable protective cover 2 is attached with its lower edges 3i. Their upper edges 4 form reinforced frames, which can be rotated around a common central nose and folded up against one another into a vertical position. The reinforcement or stiffening consists advantageously of a wire insert 5, the middle part of which forms a handle C and the ends 7 of which are bent in the shape of a hook and are rotatably anchored on the edge of the plate.
The protective cover 2 can consist of cellophane, paper, fabric, straw, etc., for example. The outline of the plate can be round, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, or rectangular, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. But it can also be square, oval or lenticular.
In the case of an elongated shape of the plate, the rotary nose of the protective cover halves can run in the sense of the longer diameter x-x or the shorter diameter y-y. In the closed state, the protective cover encloses a cavity so that the items to be carried on the plate are closed off on all sides. The protective cover holds itself well at a distance from the carrier carried and does not come into contact with it.
Packing and unpacking, respectively. Closing and opening the protective cover is carried out very quickly by simply moving the halves against one another or removing them from one another.
