Anschluss-Steckvorrichtung.
Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform einer Leitungskupplung in seitlicher Teilansicht mit Teilschnitt nach Linie 1-I in Fig. 2, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie II-II in Fig. 1; Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen zwei Ansichten einer Einzelheit; Fig. 5 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform im Querschnitt und Fig. 6 einen Teilquerschnitt einer Variante hiervon;
Connection plug device. The present invention relates to a connector plug device with plug sleeves inserted freely and non-rotatably into the socket part.
With such connection devices, which are designed as sockets as well as line couplings, an inconvenience is that the material around the insertion openings in the socket, which consists of easily combustible insulating material, especially synthetic resin, over time passes through the ends of the sleeves and pin points occurring opening and closing sparks ver carbonized and conductive, so that creepage paths are formed at this point, which can endanger the people handling the device, especially in moisture.
This inconvenience is now eliminated with the connection device according to the invention because the insertion end of the sleeves is guided in an insert made of non-combustible material and provided with openings for the connector pins. Here at the use of either a single piece or several parts be available and the material for the same is best a ceramic mass, z. B. steatite used.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing, namely shows:.
1 shows a first embodiment of a line coupling in a partial side view with a partial section along line 1-I in FIG. 2; FIG. 2 shows a cross-section along line II-II in FIG. 1; Figures 3 and 4 show two views of a detail; FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment in cross section and FIG. 6 shows a partial cross section of a variant thereof;
Fig. 7 shows a third embodiment in a partial side view with partial section and Fig. 8 shows a cross section along line YIII-YIII in Fig. 7. Of the line coupling shown in Fig. 1, only the central part is shown and the two handles of the socket part D and of the plug part $ are omitted.
The socket part D has a contact protection edge 1a, which is in one piece with the socket body 1 and carries a rib 1b on the inside, which fits into a groove 4 on the circumference of the plug body 4 and ensures correct insertion of a multi-pin plug with round pins which is particularly important for plugs with a neutral or earth pin.
The ends of the plug sockets 2 on the plug-in side are guided in insert pieces 3 made of steatite, while their other ends. Ends are held non-rotatably in a known manner by transverse pins mounted in slots. Each A set piece 3 has a square basic shape and a small cylindrical projection 3a, wel cher protrudes into a corresponding bore of the can body, while the square part rests in a corresponding recess of the can body. An insert is not absolutely necessary for the earth pin sleeve 2.E, but it can also be provided.
5 shows an embodiment for a plug with flat pins, which differs from the one described above only in that, instead of round holes, square, perpendicular holes are provided in the insert pieces 13. For a different voltage you will use the flat pins in the plug with a profile perpendicular to the profile according to FIG. 5, that is to say a dull right-hand profile, as shown in FIG. In this case, the socket part can easily be used by simply turning the insert by 9011.
Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. Here a one-piece insert plate 6 made of steatite is inserted into the can body D, which has the necessary ice tea openings for the pins. On the inside, the insert plate has circular recesses in which the connector sleeves 2 are guided.
