Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes sind in der beiliegenden Zeich nung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 ein Bruchstück eines ersten Bei spiels in Ansicht, bei dem in der linken Hälfte die im Blech geschnittenen Teile noch nicht herausgedrückt sind, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-II von Fig. 1; Fig. 3 zeigt in kleinerem Massstab einen Querschnitt durch eine rechteckige Scha lung einer Säule; Fig. 4 zeigt ein Bruchstück eines zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels in Ansicht; Fig.5 ist ein weiteres Beispiel in An sicht, bei dem ebenfalls die in der linken Hälfte im Bleche geschnittenen Teile noch nicht herausgedrückt sind, und Fig. 6 ist ein Schnitt nach Linie VI-VI von Fig. 5;
Reinforcement panel that can be used as formwork and plaster base. The subject of the present invention is a formwork and plaster base usable reinforcement panel, and the invention is that this reinforcement panel consists of a sheet metal strip which has ver running stiffening ribs at regular intervals along the strip, while rend between the ribs to hold the with the Parts of the sheet metal which come into contact with the valve, arranged in rows, protrude from the plane of the sheet metal.
Embodiments of the subject invention are shown in the accompanying drawing, namely: Fig. 1 shows a fragment of a first example in a view in which the parts cut in the sheet metal are not yet pushed out in the left half, Fig. 2 shows a section Line II-II of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows, on a smaller scale, a cross section through a rectangular Scha treatment of a column; Fig. 4 shows a fragment of a second embodiment in view; 5 is a further example in view, in which the parts cut in the left half in the sheet metal are not yet pushed out, and FIG. 6 is a section along line VI-VI of FIG. 5;
Fig. 7 shows a further, the Fig. 1 and 5 similar embodiment in view, while Fig. 8 and 9 sections along line VIII-VIII respectively. IX-IX of FIG. 7. In all of the exemplary embodiments 1, it denotes the sheet metal strip from which the reinforcement panel is formed. In this sheet 1 are running at regular intervals along the strip, generated by appropriate bending of the - sheet ribs 2 are available, which serve as reinforcement Ver and can also serve to fasten the reinforcement on their not shown th carrier.
Between the ribs 2, parts 3 protruding from the plane of the sheet metal are arranged in rows, for the purpose of holding the building material coming into contact with the reinforcement panel. In the left half of Fig. 1 it is shown how the parts 3 are obtained by first cutting the sheet metal according to the solid lines 3a. After the cutting, the parts 3 are pushed out by the dashed line shown 3b from the plane of the sheet, as the right half of Fig. 1 shows, or depending on the fabrication process with the same operation sheared and pushed out, from alternately after one and after the other sheet metal side (Fig. 2).
In Fig. 1 and 2, the parts 3 have a right angular shape. Such reinforcement panels are intended for holding construction material on both sides, for example to produce a partition. According to FIG. 4, the rows of ordered, protruding parts 3 of the sheet are obtained by making straight cuts in the sheet at intervals from one another and rotating the parts between the cuts by 45-60 to the sheet plane. The parts 3 extend obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the sheet metal strip, namely in adjacent rows opposite to one another. According to FIG. 5, in contrast to the other embodiments shown, an intermediate part 4 is cut out of the metal sheet 1 between each two successive parts 3 of a row, and the remaining webs form the protruding parts 3.
The parts 3 are pressed out towards a single side of the metal sheet 1, as can be seen from FIG. The parts 3 have angled or herringbone Liche shape.
In the example according to FIGS. 7 to 9, herringbone-like parts 3 arranged in rows are pressed out similarly as in the example according to FIGS. 5 and 7, but with the difference that no intermediate parts are cut out between the latter. The reinforcement panel described above can be found in various applications in building structures. It is used in the construction of buildings, especially industrial buildings, to reinforce concrete roofs, floors, walls, etc.
It can also be used with advantage for the produc- tion of vaults, reservoirs, channels, columns, silos, etc. The main advantage of this reinforcement panel is that for attaching the building material, such as the concrete or any other plaster, cladding, as required for normal concreting, is dispensable, since the reinforcement panel itself acts as formwork or plaster base.
The latter can easily be bent to any shape and put together, so that reinforcements of any kind of construction can be put together. This composition takes place naturally within a very short time, as the finished dashboards only need to be attached to the intended supports and to each other. If the metal panels are not sufficient as a fitting in the event of stress, see above. additional reinforcing bars can be provided.
In addition, there is the further advantage that the construction parts provided with the new reinforcement panel can be kept thinner, which is a great advantage for concrete roofs and especially for partition walls without static functions, because the lower weight of the roof the parts supporting the roof can also be dimensioned more easily accordingly. This also results in material savings.
With curved reinforcement panels according to the invention, considerable savings can be achieved with arched concrete ceilings, channels, reservoirs and the like by completely eliminating the expensive formwork or shapes that are otherwise required: the fitting can not only be closed Reinforcements of a rectangular cross-section, as shown in FIG. 3, are "put together, but other cross-sections, for example circular or oval, are also possible.
